I've never purchased glasses at this store before. While I'm a fan of Ray-Bans, I've always bought my sunglasses elsewhere or online. I decided to stop by to look for new sunglasses, and Alec was very helpful and knowledgeable about various Ray-Ban models. While I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, I decided to buy a pair of Erika Classic sunglasses.After a few days, I realized I didn't really like these sunglasses, so I decided to return them or exchange them for another pair. When I visited the store again, I couldn't return them because their computer system was down. According to the staff, the system had been down all day.Today, I tried again. I visited the store, and a staff member told me I couldn't return the sunglasses without the original packaging. I had the case, cleaning cloth, and all the documents, but not the silver cardboard box. I think I threw it away and don't even remember. At first, I thought it was a joke or a misunderstanding, but no. After mentioning that expecting customers to keep cardboard boxes wasn't feasible, the salesperson insisted that without the original packaging, specifically the silver cardboard box, I couldn't return the sunglasses.I couldn't believe it. The salesperson told me I could check with the store manager, so I asked for the manager. He wasn't there; he had left earlier and wouldn't be back until next week. Great.How is this possible in 2024? How does a brand like Ray-Ban have such a shortsighted return policy when so many competitors offer returns and exchanges without such restrictions?I've been a fan of this brand for a long time, but experiences like this, which should be pleasant, end up being much worse than purchasing or returning items online. It's very unfortunate.Many brands have more flexible return policies, which enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. For example, companies like Nordstrom and Amazon have generous return policies that prioritize customer convenience. Studies show that flexible return policies can increase customer retention and satisfaction.By reconsidering their return policies, Ray-Ban can improve the overall customer experience and align with modern consumer expectations.As for me, I will keep my existing Ray-Bans, but I am not returning to this or any other Ray-Ban store. It's just not worth it.

Greedy, dishonest business.I was interested with the Meta glass, and asked if they take VSP insurance. The associate told me "we don't directly work with insurance but you can purchase and then submit for reimbursement", I was cautious so double checked with them before ordering, and the answer was "most of our customers are with VSP and they have no problem getting reimbursed". The reality is they are out-of-network and knew exactly I will only get $120-$150 reimbursed at max, but they misled and encouraged me to purchase there. I ended up purchased frame plus lens with cost of $719, and 2 months later get $120 reimbursed by insurance.Called back to the store, manager was very rude: "isn't you chose the Meta smart glass? isn't you selected Transitions, blue light XXX on the lenses?" I was really shocked by his attitude.Regret I trusted them in the beginning.

Ray-Bans are my favorite Designer Brand sunglasses. They are the highest end of Luxury within its class. I had a great experience visiting for the First time. Nathan the Store Manager & Staff were Super friendly showing me around. The store is Well Designed along with their product placement. I highly recommend if you are wanting some new Designer Sunglasses. Thank you and God Bless Bellevue Square Ray-Ban!

Expensive and procedure is not explained from the beginning, they say buy 1 and get 2nd pair half price, but until the end I didn't know expensive one has to be the first one to buy, in between calculations there were $37. I left the second pair. Who win?

The rudeness of the employee there worked out in my favor at the end! I just ended up choosing what I wanted in this store, and since he kept me waiting for 20 minutes after I told him I'm ready to purchase that model, I walked out and went to the other sunglass store downstairs and ended up getting a better deal too! Thanks for not caring about your ready-to-buy customer!

My family and I were completely profiled in this store. The employee that was working there didn't want to help us nor did he answer any questions we had. I will never shop here or recommend this place to anyone.
