Bought a used rack from a private seller that did not come with the torque wrench to install it, called in to Rack N Road and Sean told me they had plenty there and that I could have one for free. I even offered to pay for it and he turned it down. Never shopped there before but they just gained a loyal customer!

Went in for a fix on an old rack and walked out completely re-doing my entire rack system. John was friendly on the phone and Sean was knowledgeable and communicated well throughout the entire process. Work was done on time and as described. Thank you!

Called with a problem, talked to Sean who was very helpful and recommended I stop by with my vehicle which I did later same day. Sean and team helped me understand my problem, troubleshoot, provided assurance and sold me spare parts I wanted for peace of mind. And BONUS, nobody wanted to discuss politics on 11/6/24!!

Rack N Road is an excellent place to shop! We found exactly what we were looking for and the men at Rack N Road couldn’t be more helpful! They were so friendly, happy to help us find the best cargo carrier by Thule, and installed that day. They all worked so well together and you can’t find a better business than that! While we waited we went over to a great pizza place around the corner. It made waiting a breeze! You must shop at
