I just bought a sewing machine here and I had the most wonderful experience. Jesse helped me and he was so knowledgeable about all the machines. He was willing to go through all the models we were interested in from the least expensive to the most expensive, and align features to our needs. We found the perfect one for us. Highly recommend.

Immediately when entering the Bellevue store, I was greeted by the salesperson, Jesse. Very knowledgeable about their vacuums + products. Based on his thorough questions, he was able to find me the perfect vacuum. Kudos to Jesse!!
P.S. Parking is plentiful right outside the store.

Quality Sewing in Bellevue is the BEST sewing machine store ever! Kathy and Cheryl provided me with terrific support for getting to know my sewing machine (both by phone and in person in the store) and terrific customer service about getting the right machine for my needs. I am so grateful to them a positive experience. They are the BEST!!!!!!

They helped get a kids toy out of a hose, after we did everything we could think of to try to get it out. They were lovely, and didn’t charge for their 10 min of work. Saved us from damaging and having to replace a hose. Awesome.

I went to the Tuwila location during their warehouse sale and was immediately assisted and shown around the very large store. I was assisted by Deana who was so helpful. She spotted the perfect machine for me that I completely overlooked on my own and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. They have so many models and machines of all kinds there and you are able to try all of them before buying. Also a great selection of tools for sewing, quilting, embroidery, and more. Truly a megastore for needle arts!

Cheryl was so patient and knowledgeable while we were deciding what sewing machine was the best for our 9-year-old granddaughter who is interested in learning how to sew. Cheryl explained the differences between the machines and allowed our granddaughter some "hands on" time. There was no pressure or stress and we all enjoyed the experience. We are so happy with our purchase! Thank you, Cheryl, for steering us in the right direction!

Best place to purchase sewing machines! I have taken free classes about how to use my sewing machine to learn new features. I have brought machines in whenever I have had questions and they have been very friendly and helpful. I have taken other classes there also.

New spacious store; well stocked with new and used sewing and embroidery machines, thread and stabilizers, and books/CDs for inspiration. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I shop at the Bellevue store. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! I bought both of my sewing machine from the Bellevue store and I've been very happy with their classes and service. They now have beautiful quality quilting fabrics.

From the moment we entered the store, (we were greeted and helped right away) until we came back to pick up my machine, everyone was gracious and kind. Helpful and explained every one of our concerns. My machine was repaired and it was like new again. After u sing it when I returned home it ran beautifully. Thanks again for doing such a great job including customer service! very inviting and helpful!

QSV is a big favorite of mine. The people in Bellevue are like family without the negatives. The store carries a somewhat small but delightful selection of fabrics. This is important, as there are so few fabric shops anymore. Plus they are also carrying accessories and patterns for quilting and making bags or other non-clothing items. They have a wide assortment of sewing machines and related machines as well. I love going into this store to shop or get help/hints for a project, except for the Floriani threads. They are not of the quality as their other products are. Sew Fun meetings are invigorating, as the members are friendly and congenial. This is a great place to shop!
