Immediately when entering the Bellevue store, I was greeted by the salesperson, Jesse. Very knowledgeable about their vacuums + products. Based on his thorough questions, he was able to find me the perfect vacuum. Kudos to Jesse!! P.S. Parking is plentiful right outside the store.

They helped get a kids toy out of a hose, after we did everything we could think of to try to get it out. They were lovely, and didn’t charge for their 10 min of work. Saved us from damaging and having to replace a hose. Awesome.
