I bought a ham for Easter dinner on Saturday 3/30, After my family ate two members became very Ill. Upon looking for a cause I saw the ham wrapper. The ham had a sell by date of 3/11. I reached out to Qfc and have not heard back from them, Nobody called or emailed to apologize for our experience or to even ask how the family members were doing.

When you are able to pick up prescriptions, shop and get gas all at once it seems so easy, but Today I am having all my prescriptions transferred from any QFC or Kroger affiliates and will no longer shop or buy gas from them. They put a $150 dollar hold on my card (!!!!!!! ) for $19.99 worth of gas so was unable to pick up prescriptions. This is totally outrageous. Apparently it can take 12 to 24 hours to have it credited back. Will now purchase gas prescription and groceries elsewhere there is a $20 dollar hold I'm used to.

Where are the employees w-2s. They treat their employees just like their customers....Terrible. QFC has really taken a dive in the 25 years I've lived here. Would never go shopping anywhere else...then I worked for them. Terrible! Will never shop there or any kroger owned store again!

We have shopped Qfc stores for decades.No more...the lack of management presence in North Bend, Bel-East, and Factoria is stunning.Good staff. NO sign of management anywhere.Now, we simply find it easier and more inviting to shop at World Foods.Jim McEachran

Automated never ending loop. No customer service. Auto bot who says “I can’t hear you” repeatedly, despite speaking directly into microphone so it can then hang up on you. Quality should not be part of your name any longer.

I normally do most of my shopping at the Stanwood store I went there 2 Fridays ago to shop ago to get some groceries I wanted to check the restroom by the Starbucks and it was the same as before very dirty with a broken tissue dispenser and the towel dispenser was also out if order. There was a roll of towels on the sink counter.Evidently the Store Manager doesn't care about the condition of his store. There are always numerous empty shelves including the back end across from the meat service cases. The end fwhere they keep there qfc distilled water was comp l every empty. And yet they had a full pallet of the qfc water out at there service station but no one not even the store manager had the pallet brought in to refill the end. When I was done shopping I went up front to the 5 regular checkstands but they only had 3 checkstands open and what dud I see all 3 checkstands were backed up with customers 8 deep. No checker called fir more help nor called the store manager to help. This store is more concerned about the self service checkstands to Dave labor and yet they have lots of employees shopping to fill customer orders that have been called in to the store. I have sent reviews before but never received an email or phone call about my concerns. This store is really going down hill and is because of this manager he doesn't care. When I left I drove around the back of the store past the pharmacy drive up window the alley w as s a mess like it always is and I know the manager knows about it because he goes behind the 2 storage containers to smoke. Unbelievable I will start doing alot more of my shopping at HAGGENS and the IGA on Camano Island. I have had alot of people saying the QFC store is really going down hill.

Was denied check cashing services because I didn't return the friendly flirt back by the cashier working customer service, when I asked to talk to the store manager, a person named Chris who was a courtesy clerk acted as a manager and still asked me to leave the Broadway location. I would never recommend this grocery store where children who don't get their way run the customer service and live by their own set of rules.
