Lots of turn over at QBSI-Xerox. All reps we had assigned to our account left in succession and can no longer reach the published main number to get help on our account, when you call and follow the prompts it hangs up on you. time to start looking for a new printer fleet mgmt company.

QBSI Van C447Q3H This vehicle forced his way into my lane on I5 this morning forcing me onto the shoulder of the freeway. I honked but he just kept coming regardless of the danger he was putting me in. He then showed his class by giving me the finger. I can understand the poor business reviews given the way they act in public. Another driver took a video and contacted the State Patrol. Hopefully he gets set right before he kills someone.

They will not keep track of your equipment, they won't log your calls or emails, everyone will act like they have no idea who you are. No one will address concerns at this business and will continue charging you for items you don't even have.

Let me preface this review by saying I run a print shop in Renton, WA and have been a customer of QBSI-Xerox since 2015.Our machine went down on Thursday after running a huge job, I placed a service ticket and a tech came out on that day. I was informed that parts would have to be ordered to fix the issue and that they probably would not arrive until Monday and that I should contact the service rep directly on his cellphone to let him know when the parts came in. The parts came in on Friday morning and I promptly send him a text message letting him know that the parts had arrived and he responded "thanks". On Monday I still had not heard anything for QBSI so I called and spoke with someone in the service call center, explained the issue, and was told that they would ping the tech and have someone reach out to me with an ETA on the repairs. It is now Tuesday and I still have not heard anything from anyone at QBSI-Xerox. I called them this morning and was given the same run around I was given yesterday. We pay a ton of money for our service and supplies contract and I expect a certain level of transparency especially when in my profession (printing) we rely on working equipment to run a successful business. I have to face the customer and look stupid because I do not know when my equipment is being repaired. The fact that we cannot get a call back with an ETA on repairs has left me beyond pissed off.If this is the level of service that this company is going to provide I would avoid them at all costs and find another supplier such as Pacific Office Automation, Konica Minolta, or anyone who is going to provide an acceptable level of service and transparency.

Very poor customer service!! We had some trouble with our Xerox. I called a couple of times to request service.I called them on Monday, and I was told they would call me the next day. The next day no one called, so I called there again. The serviceman( his name was Tim ) told me again, "someone will call you soon." After a few hours of waiting, I called again and answered some of the service-man Tim, and right from the beginning was very unprofessional and unpleasant. When I told him I wanted to talk to the supervisor, he hung up with me. How is it possible that a company as large as XEROX employs people like Tim, who takes customers as numbers?Because I couldn't speak to Tim's manager for the reasons I have explained, please send me his contact email address.Thank you.

\"Lip Service, no action.\" Unresponsive to service calls. This is the third time in 12 months that our office has been without a working printer, fax, copier for more than a month at a time. QBSI does NOT provide the services they are paid for. DO NOT GET STUCK IN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY.

Had some trouble with our new Xerox 6515 we ordered via retailer. Contacted Xerox and they assigned QBSI to take a look. Field service technician Robert J with QBSI did an on-site evaluation and identified the problem. Robert ordered the required replacement and came back to us a few days later and did the service work.Robert was personable and professional. He also gave is a quick tutorial on the 6515 as well as giving is a few maintenance tips.Excellent experience.

Once you're a customer...good luck getting anyone to call you back if you ever need anything. I have been trying since November to get someone to communicate with me about our services. I have called my representative, then her boss...both of whom will simply say we will get back to you and never do. I have now sent emails through the companies website, got an out of the office auto response. Then I emailed again with read receipts. I know my email's been opened three times; no response. Find another company. Once they hook you, they'll ignore you.
