Carlos and his team were absolutely amazing! They took extra care with my things and were super friendly. Right on time and very professional. Made a stressful moving experience feel really smooth. Highly recommend these guys! Tami in the office was also super helpful and I had a great experience all around!

This was fine. Definitely the best price quote we found for the move, and I would say adequate service. There were a few things that I found annoying, like them refusing to take boxes under a certain size or appliances without boxes. We ended up having to return for two car-loads worth of leftover stuff the next day. (Some of that's on us for not having everything 100% packed before they arrived, but also some of the smaller boxes were fully packed and labeled and just didn't get taken.)I also felt rushed, which I suppose is not really a bad thing when the crew is paid by the hour, but it still made an already-stressful process feel slightly more so. I asked if they could help us move a few (3) additional small pieces of furniture up from the garage at the destination point and was quoted an additional $150 to do so. Also, many of the boxes were dropped off in the wrong rooms as the destination, despite being clearly labeled.So ultimately fine, but I wouldn't say above and beyond or anything. Otherwise though, everything was professional, fast, and met the quoted price, so I wouldn't say I have any major complaints. Just small gripes.

I recently moved from Redmond Oregon to Tacoma, Washington. Keep in mind I’ve moved several times between apartments to houses houses to other houses and state to state. In the past, I’ve had items damaged, broken, Oil and gas dumped out, etc. so I’m always a bit skeptical whenever I have to hire movers. First off, the office person I spoke with, Tami, was great. She answered all of my questions and kept me informed of the entire process. She didn’t even seem to mind when I kept calling her with more and more questions that popped up.. I cannot say enough great things about the two gentlemen, that actually did the moving of my belongings, Antonio, and Carlos. They both took great care in my belongings and did a fantastic job in protecting my belongings, especially my wooden cabinets. They did such a great job, but what was more impressive is how fast they were. Keep in mind, the items that they moved were not easy to get to yet they seemed to do it like it was no big deal. You can definitely tell that there’s a great deal of experience With these guys. All in all, a great experience and going forward. I will definitely call on them again.

I have used Puget Sound Moving twice now. Once for my home and once for my office. They were excellent both times. They arrived on time, worked quickly loading and unloading, and took good care of all of our belongings. The crew who moved my office went above and beyond moving all my very heavy furniture and file cabinets up a tricky flight of stairs.

Best movers we have ever had, by far! Antonio and Carlos were our movers and they were very efficient and professional. They made sure every box got where it needed to go even with my horrible labeling. Tami was helpful with all of the questions I had beforehand and responded quickly. The price and time estimates for our move were accurate. Literally no complaints at all.

Tami responded quickly and followed up diligently to my request for a quote and booking the moving service. Carlos and the crew showed up exactly when they said they would, communicating before arrival to confirm details. The crew worked quickly, but also took the time to pad and carefully wrap all of our furniture. Nothing was harmed during the move and they finished hours before I figured they would. Highly recommend for a move in Seattle!

Stop looking for movers and just pick Puget Sound Moving! I have moved several times in seattle over the years and this was hands down the best experience every step of the way.We had an odd situation where we were out of town so we had to have a friend meet them day of for the move. They worked with us despite the odd circumstances and were incredibly accommodating. Tami was super responsive to work through it all with us.We walked into our new apartment for the first time and all of our stuff was there. I wish I could have thanked the movers in person, they left it nice and organized for us!The value was amazing compared to pats moving services we have used. Worth every penny and would highly recommend!

We had four ladies help us pack the day before the move and then we had Antonio and Carlos move us. All of them were a joy to work with and worked super hard and fast, and were very accommodating! Puget Sound moving also has a great video app you can do yourself for the initial estimate and then has an estimator come out to take a look once the move date gets closer. Tami on the administrative side of things was very responsive and answered any questions that we had. We highly recommend Puget Sound Moving!

We had a mix up with our building's elevator reservation and it could have been very stressful. But Kevin, Louise, and Ozzie were so patient and they had such great attitudes that the move went smoothly. Exuding confidence, this team showed us the same level of care a family member would while still remaining professional.We also had an extra cargo trailer to unload which had been packed in a hurry and was difficult to unravel. But these guys were so competent, it took no time at all. I can't believe how fast the move went.Great job!!!

Puget Sound Moving was fantastic from the start! Tami was so helpful with scheduling and on moving day Antonio and his team did a wonderful job. Moving with Puget Sound Moving was stress and hassle free! I will recommend them to anyone needing movers in the Seattle area!
