Psycho Bunny is my Favorite Designer Clothing Store in Bellevue Square. They offer the highest quality of products. Dana the store Manager was Super Friendly and I appreciate her help in store. The environment here is so cool with neon lights & the product placement. I highly recommend this place for any Designer Clothing Collector. I've also had a good friend work here. Thank you and God Bless Bellevue Psycho Bunny!

I was really excited to finally see psycho bunny's store! It was so bright and spacious and had beautifully colored shirts! I was so happy that all the items I looked at were made of COTTON! However, I was a little upset that you didn't have plain shirts without the logo. You see, I would love to buy every shirt in every color, yet the logo of a dead bunny is improper in my religion. Hope to come back and shop in the near future for some logoless shirts (or just for shirts with the name PSYCHO BUNNY instead of the logo:)

If I could I would shop here all the time. I just don’t live in Bellevue. Would absolutely recommend. I first started going to this store earlier this year. I was met with the sale associate by the name Kenona ( I believe it’s spelled ). She was able to help me get a sensory friendly hoodie. As a person who’s on the spectrum whenever I go shopping in the past I have been made fun of before for feeling the texture of clothes. I just get easily sensory overloaded so I always need to feel things. 1 of the reason I don’t shop online. However she was able to make me feel seen, she helped me out, she allowed me to feel all the hoodies etc.. I was able to go home happy that day with something that isn’t going to set my sensory off. So when it was clear that I was going to be in the mall I went to go again. I was there April 11th. This time there was a gentleman who helped me. I forgot to grab his name. I asked for kenona I was told that she no longer worked there but he was able to do the same. Whenever you find a store that is judgment free zone it’s always nice. The guy just left me alone and let me do my thing. He greeted me asked me what I needed. I told him what I needed. Then he just left me be. He allowed me to feel the clothes etc… I will definitely be returning for more shirts, hoodie, etc….Cleanness 5/5Customer service 5/5Convenience 4/5 ( bc there’s only 1 location )Sensory friendly 4/5 the lights are bright but hey it’s a mall so… but the music wasn’t loud so that was nice. It was calming.

I was very disappointed that a brand that NBA players wear because they make tall sizes Carrie's no taller sizes in their retail location. I wasted a day to travel here and see what they had in stock because the do not show what you can buy and pick up in store online. It's very frustrating to find 3XLT shirts but the fact they had nothing 3XLT in their Bellevue store pretty much makes me feel like the brand doesn't care.

I am definitely a fan of the brand - even more so, a fan of the Psycho Bunny Bellevue location. The selection and quality of styles are impressive - the team, always provides a great experience each and every time I walk into the store. More importantly, ALPHA, is the BEST personal shopper/sylist, ever! Alpha's professionalism, eagerness to always be super helpful, and ensures I have the best experience, each time I visit. I believe in companies valuing stellar team memebers. I am hopeful that I will see Alpha move up the chain as he is a true asset for Psycho Bunny - thank you, Alpha, for shaing your brand expertise and amazing personality.

I love the company and they have great materials for their clothes but honestly, the customer service at this location is bad. They are super rude. I went in to look around and browse wanting to purchase something for some friends for Christmas and 2 of the workers were just plain rude. I would ask for a size and they told me that they didn’t have the size, I asked if they could check again and guess what? They had the size. I asked for a size for a different shirt and he straight up told me they don’t have it. I understand it was around Christmas time and everyone was going crazy but no way they should treat someone looking to purchase.

My girlfriend and I were walking in the Bellevue Square when I saw the Psycho Bunny logo and knew I had to find out what it was. To our surprise, it was a crazy cool shop with the best looking T shirts and apparel I have seen since moving to the Seattle area! And I am in the apparel business! The manager, Jeff, and I did some networking and I will be letting my company know of the high quality apparel being made for this ultra cool establishment. Both of the salespeople, Loic and Alpha, were helpful and courteous. I purchased a T shirt for my son and will most assuredly be returning to purchase some more funky shirts, jackets, or hoodies in the near future.

Very excited to see a psycho bunny show up in my area. Used to only see these on the East Coast. Love the clothes; the fit, colors and the styles are all my favorite... Bright colors in a gray city.Then there's the people, Lani is an amazing manager, runs a great ship.. and Alpha and Shannon were friendly and let me shop when I wanted.
