I'm a little bit shocked at some of these reviews. I recently changed sports rehab clinics to Proliance to better suit my needs, and my experience has been nothing but amazing. I've had no issues with the receptionists, they've been so lovely each visit! The other employees have been nothing but kind to me as well. But the reason I feel a sense of relief is due to Nicole & Maria. Both women understand what I want to accomplish, are a delight to be around, and are VASTLY knowledgable with my achilles tear. They take the time to assess, answer my questions, and plan out exercises that will target my sports injury. Most importantly (beyond the knowledge factor) is that I never feel rushed. I truly wish I had began at Proliance after my first surgery, but I can't wait to see my progress!

If I could give zero stars I would.I recently had an incredibly frustrating encounter with the front desk staff (specifically Megan), and I must say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I am utterly disappointed and appalled by her unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy.Megan was incredibly rude and dismissive. She showed no interest in assisting me or addressing my concerns. Instead, ignoring me or treating me as if I was an inconvenience to her, despite being a paying customer.I will not returning to Proliance or recommending their services to any patrons moving forward.

Great pt but very difficult receptionThey recently moved although I called 3 times to obtain directions between 5 and 515 pm they did not answerTheir phone states press 1 for directions yet the directions are not listed after you press 1 you just get a recording saying you can't be help leave a messageWhen I finally arrived at 518pm after spending 20 minutes driving around they would not honor my appointmentrytrying

I got ACL repair, Lateral Meniscus root repair, and Medial Meniscectomy 4 weeks ago through Proliance, so it was only natural to continue through their PT practice. I didn't have a preferred therapist, but I was luckily paired with Stephanie Deye, who has been the absolute best PT!Stephanie has been nothing but sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. While at my appointments, it's clear that all staff have great working relationships with each other, and the atmosphere is just very positive all around! They are also able to help each other with patients, which means availability for scheduling is better. Aside from Stephanie, I have also had the pleasure to work with Rachel C. (PTA) when Stephanie was unavailable. Overall, I've been really happy and my PT progress has been amazing! The facility is clean, and they have a variety of equipment and tools to help rehabilitation. I especially like the machine that sends electric pulses to my muscles, as it reminds me that they still exist. I have been going to Proliance for the last 6 months and have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Nicole, Rachel, Kate and other Physio therapists here.So I was pretty shocked today when I had an early morning bike accident & called at 7:30am to postpone my 5pm appointment. Megan at the front desk informed me that I was being charged a late fee since it was a "same day cancellation & I hadn't informed them in advance". When I asked her to check if that policy applies when there is an unforeseen accident, she said that because I had cancelled once 2 months back due to covid, she as "the front desk lead doesn't need to check" that this accident will not be accommodated for!!! Terrible attitude and shocking she thinks that accidents are pre-decided and can be informed about! Obviously the rating of this place went from 5 stars to 1.@Proliance - Please get some better front office staff & teach them some empathy to leverage the great Physiotherapists that you have.

Billing has not answered the phone in over two weeks. I've been calling several times every day for the past two weeks, and I've gotten no response. Proliance messed up my copay (it's printed right on the card). I hope they don't send it to collections.

I'd never recommend going here unless you are interested in spending months dealing with their billing office, JUST FOR PAYING YOUR BILL! I had no issues with the amount and just immediately sent payment their way when I received the bill, and yet it's been over SIX MONTHS and they still have not marked it as paid. They cashed the check! It went to the correct location, per my insurance. Their billing office never answers the phone and not even my insurance can can't get ahold of them to send them the explicit photos of the check THEY cashed! I called several times over several MONTHS to deal with these people and only got through to a live person once. They never returned my phone calls.Patient beware, go somewhere else for PT or risk your credit for their incompetence.

The billing office never answers the phone. I kept trying to call for more than 2 weeks but they never picked up or called me back after my voice mail.The Bellevue clinic’s front desk is not willing to help with my billing issues either. While most of the people being nice and patient, Megan, who I believed is one of the supervisors at the front desk, has been pretty impatient and refuses to look into the issues or offer help.I’ve never left a negative comment like this but I seriously would not recommend this place even though they have good PTs and equipments.

I spent 8+ wks here this summer, where Nicole Jimenez worked on tedonitis (tendonosis , since i've been having the issue for 5+ yrs running half marathons) on my left knee. Nicole is a wonderful therapist, who quickly diagnosed my knee pain and provided specific exercises to help strenghten areas around my knee. She was very approachable throughout the therapy and provided me with good feedback on my posture while doing exercises. She was also upfront with me about the time it would take to heal - which was a little more than what the orthopaedic surgeon I had consulted had recommended. I am happy to report that I am almost pain-free at the moment, and able to run at least 3-4 miles consistently. I still follow her routine to ensure the pain does not come back, and I would highly recommend her services.

Customer service is not great, Impossible to get on the phone. I have called and left messages 3-4 times a week trying to schedule my appointments and rarely hear back. Staff are rude and short over the phone as well but extremely nice in person. Love patty she’s great!

My last Physical Therapy appointment was this morning and my knee was put through the paces, evaluated and given the green light! I highly recommend this facility. I thrived here thanks to Desiree, Kathy and Shout out Sarah who helped me finish my exercises when I arrived late to my appointment. This place is top notch with smart professionals that care about your health.

I had extremely different experiences here for my knees pain. My first appointment (after initial assessment) was early Friday morning, everything went great, massage was very comfortable, knee pain relieved a lot after the therapy when I left. But the next appointment was in the middle of the week. Everyone seems very busy and less engaged. Knee pains started with bicycling when I stepped in (the trainer was still busy with previous patient so the assistant took me to bike then walked away). Then the pain lasted through the therapy. Very disappointed with the second appointment experience. Will add more if I feel differently about later appointments.

Everything about Proliance PT has been fabulous! Great customer service, excellent patient care! Everyone from Eric my PT helping me feel better, to Brenda at the front desk all top notch care. Thank you Proliance PT!! Highly recommend this team!!
