The best place to buy! I went in and was treated very well, CeeJay was so good getting me set up with a new full set of clubs. I got exactly what I wanted an I'm so happy with what helped me pick out. As a female customer I highly recommend this place, you will be treated well!

Club Fitter William Leach didn't read the room, and was too busy "being RIGHT" cause he knew it all. I asked for the basic shaft specs.. and all I got was.." you probably won't feel the difference.. ". "It's just like the other True Temper model".. I'm asking as, if True Temper bothers to make a different model, can you tell me it's actual difference. Certainly True Temper thinks it's different. Left a sour taste. Read the room. If the customer wants the spec, give him the spec.. don't argue with him he won't understand it

Bought 2Drivers,3fairway wood,1hybrid,1 wedge From this store. When they tried to sell it to me, they were nice. However, Today My Rogue had a little bit issue. I bring it to the store. The sales Man "William" treat me like a homeless.His attitude was unacceptable specially as a loyalty customer. Never go back again.

Maybe I was being judged because I don’t look like your typical Bellevue patron, but you lost a customer for the next 20+ years and any recommendations in the future.Went in to buy a new set of irons. Not new to golf, but brand new at buying new clubs for myself. Was looking for a little direction, help, guidance..any word to describe helping a new customer through the process of feeling good about a purchase. Was recommended by a friend to see these guys, but was a miserable experience pretty much from start to finish. Returned the clubs after I realized their competitor has the exact same clubs for much cheaper and their customer service, just over the phone, blew these guys at Pro Discount out of the water. Probably will spend more than the $1100 I spent at Pro Discount and will take all my golfing needs, in the future, anywhere else but here.

Overall, great experience.I went there Wednesday evening having set an appointment to get a new driver for my daugther. The night before, I got a response via email that someone would be waiting and available to assist. Getting there around 5:45 pm, noone was at the check out desk. I waited for a few minutes. Walked to the simulators and walked by 2 or 3 staff with badges on; no one acknoweledge my daugther or I. After I saw someone make a putter purchased, I follwed him to the front desk. After checking the gentleman out, the employee finally asked if I needed assistance. I told him that I had an appointment at 6. I was sent back to the simulators to have my dauther warm up, where I waited about 5 minutes before a young gentleman was able to assist me. After my daugther tried out 4 or 5 drivers, we chose the Cobra Air X driver, which was the only model they had in stock for a left handed female golfer. We then tried putters. He recommended one of the newer models, Odyssey 2-Ball Ten putter which immediately improved my daughter's putting.During checkout, I did notice that the Odyssey putter had some hand prints on the grip, since it was white. I expected him to take it and clean it with a solution, but he didn't. He just said, it's a putter. It will get dirty and grimey. I just left it as is and cleaned it myself when I got home.Overall, the young gentleman was great. He was thorough with my daugther asking her about the feel, weight, and overall responsiveness of the driver and putter. For the most part, he was engage from start to finish. He did check his phone about a dozen or so times, so he wasn't all in; but overall, he did a great job.As for the prices, they were the same everywhere, local and online. You are not going to get a "steal" here, at least not with the current year's golf model. I normally purchase everything online out of convenience, but I am glad I came here so my daugther can physically see and try out the clubs. I felt the $700 was well spent here versus an online store.I would recommend this place.

Purchased an entire PING Set with driver, check-in bag, dozens of other items, which includes shoes, gloves, and didn't quite like their membership system, went there again today, to clarify their business strategy. They sold me a set without Pitching or Sand Wedge, just 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and W, the set was on sale, however, I had to purchase the Sand Wedge separately, which costs an additional USD 125, instead of rewarding my loyalty to purchase 2 x Hybrids, I was told that the cut off day for rewards is somehow in January instead? Don't you think that those rewards should come instantly? Overall good experience, can't complain, just didn't appreciate that some member of staff are rather listening to music than to consult customers in how and what to purchase instead.
