“I’ve tried to make prints of my acrylic paintings with other companies many times in the past and wasn’t happy with any of the results. I had given up on reproducing paintings for years, but I finally decided to try again with Bellevue Fine Art Reproduction and I was absolutely blown away by the quality and clarity of the prints! They really compete with the real painting! It’s been a great motivator to finish and start more pieces, very happy I went here!”
“I love this business and I really appreciate the staff so I would hate to give a bad review but recently I have been disappointed with the turnover times for film development. I've been told since the start of this year that with moving to a new location, things would be slowed down, which I completely understand. But the problems are persisting and frankly waiting weeks to a month for a roll to get developed is too long, compared to how fast they used to develop before (within a day sometimes!!). Especially when I was told that it would take 1-2 weeks when I dropped off the roll. I wouldn't recommend getting film developed here, at least until they get all their machines fixed, but there was no indication for when that would be. However, I would recommend this place to purchase film, cameras, or even if you had a question about your camera because everybody is very knowledgeable and helpful :)”

The customer service, the lead times and the quality of work definitely deserves a 5 star rating from me and the company I work for, LBC Bakery Equipment! “The husband-wife duo was supremely helpful in their advice and efficiency in getting my important pkg to its destination across the country. They made at least four suggestions that I followed..........and I've shipped hundreds of pkgs before. They went out of their way to creatively make sure my pkg was safely packed and didn't even charge me for the little but important extra that they did. I wasn't EVER going to use this business because of their name, but I needed DHL and they were the only ones. It turns out that DHL in the U.S. can only be international (undoubtedly due to powerful lobbying from FedEx and UPS). I was also totally screwed over by another, nearby, small mailing business last year and was also not going use another small mailing business, but I will definitely use this one again......despite their awful name! (Started and named by a British guy, BTW, who didn't understand its origin!)”

“Had some trouble with our new Xerox 6515 we ordered via retailer. Contacted Xerox and they assigned QBSI to take a look. Field service technician Robert J with QBSI did an on-site evaluation and identified the problem. Robert ordered the required replacement and came back to us a few days later and did the service work.Robert was personable and professional. He also gave is a quick tutorial on the 6515 as well as giving is a few maintenance tips.Excellent experience.”

“The team at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center provided exceptional service! Angela, the onsite manager, along with Paula and Riley, the staff members, were highly efficient and prepared when I arrived to quickly complete my rush order for a senior executive workshop scheduled for 8AM on Tuesday, July 16th. Our team had to travel from our offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco to Seattle to coordinate and host the workshop at the customer headquarters. We had a tight deadline of just 24 hours to gather all the necessary office supplies, print poster boards, and set up the conference room. This FedEx Office Print & Ship Center saved us by quickly completing all of our print jobs (20 full color sticker sheets at 8x11 size and 3 36 x 48 poster size full color prints) within 60 minutes. If you need print services in the Seattle area use this team's location. They are awesome!”
