I've eaten at Pot Belly, periodically over the years and it's food is always good. However, recently I've noticed a bit of a change that's perplexing and confusing.Firstly, there's some loud machinery in the store that makes it difficult to hear anyone at the counter which contributes to my second item of feedback.The staff, just don't seem to understand anything I'm telling them. I order very straight forward sandwiches and they need to be told multiple times what I want, what bread etc despite me telling them multiple times.Recently, they forgot some toppings that I had ordered and seemed completely clueless anytime I opened my mouth.I do have a British accent but it is not that thick.Perhaps solving the machinery issue would allow your team to actually hear me.

Horrible costumer service and long wait times for a shake (long being 15-20 mins w/ 3 workers and maybe 8 customers total…when asked a worker for time estimate, was told maybe another 5-10 mins while all other customers get helped. Never again…

I order a grilled chicken sub and must I say it was the most bland food I haven’t ever had.Barely any cheese or chicken. Mainly bread and lettuce.

really disappointed with this location because i do really like potbelly, but this location does not seem well run. pickup order was almost half an hour late, sat and waited while the very very few staff worked through the customer line completely ignoring my order.bummed, won’t come to this location again

Very delicious, great job! I had the Mediterranean on flat bread with mayo and onion added, and my husband got the steakhouse beef on multigrain with hotpeppers, mayo, and Dijon mustard. I wish I got the hot peppers on mine, they were so delicious!!

Don't order online here. I waited 20 minutes past my delivery time because walk-ins take priority over mobile orders.Based on their responses (here in particular), it doesn't seem Potbelly really cares. Won't be coming back here any time soon.Edit: See the cookie-cutter nonresponse below ?

For the second time in the last month, I ordered delivery to feed my staff, and the order got screwed up!The first time, the manager had to deliver my order himself because someone stole my food from the pick-up area, where they just set it out for delivery drivers without anyone checking who is taking the orders.Then today a driver delivered the wrong order (so someone else didn't get their food either!).When I tried calling the store (the only way you can contact them), I waited forever for someone to pick up. When I finally got someone and told her I got the wrong order, she asked me to come in to the store to get the right food. I told her I run a business and that's why I ordered delivery in the first place! (I mean, I placed the order at 9:15am for 11:45 delivery!). I told her if I drive over, they need to have my order ready to hand to me, since I can't leave work for too long. She told me they were busy.Then she put me on hold and never came back.Don't order delivery through the Potbelly app. They farm it out to Doordash and then they don't take responsibility when they screw up.

Ordered online and delivery was delayed by 30 min. I missed my meeting during office hour; walk ins were given preference over mobile orders. I will not place mobile orders any more
