A package I had been waiting for was rerouted since the unit is vacant in their system. When I called directly, the agent on the line gave me an update within a couple of minutes and was able to get the package rerouted back to me by end of day. “After reading a few negative reviews of this USPO at Crossroads, I had to wonder if it’s the same location I’ve been to. I have nothing but praise for the professional and kind service I’ve experienced with the staff. I suspect there are a few customers who feel entitled and unfortunately put the blame on the staff of this USPO. One should go to their post office with packages labeled, wrapped, and taped before handling to the counter person.”
