I bought a 2019 cayenne here not a great experience. I’m from idaho so once I got the car I had to drive it from Seattle to Idaho they told me not to get pulled over bc the temporary’s weren’t effective yet when I got it to the liberty lake dealership the car needed oil?! Why would my car that I just got need oil so after spending $60k had to spend $1200 for oil
Not only that I asked to have the warranty removed several times before I left then after I leave it was never removed. The next day the battery light comes on and ontop of that the car won’t start at the gas station turns out the key battery was dead and the battery had a recall
Ontop of all that I didn’t realize that there was a huge scratch on the paint job going back in the photos the dealer sent me I can see it now wishing I was more careful a new paint job isn’t cheap especially for a color that’s discontinued anyways be careful buying a car from them they will walk all over you if your a young women

I had a very disappointing experience with Porsche's service department. They were unable to diagnose the issue with my car, and instead, they told me it was a completely different problem that didn’t need attention. After my appointment, the manager sent me a survey, where I explained the situation, but no one bothered to respond. The service was bad, the skills were poor, and to top it off, they refused to diagnose my car again unless I paid for it, even though my car is still under warranty.

I brought my car here to have it serviced. I did not purchase my vehicle here [I tried to purchase a car here, twice actually, but both times, the sales team was way too involved with themselves to even acknowledge that they had a customer] so needless to say I wasn't impressed.
However this location was convenient so I scheduled to have it serviced here. Alex, my service advisor, was great. I did need new tires as well so he happily sent over options/pricing, assured me that it wasn't urgent but best ‘before the winter’. Not pushy at all!
I decided to just get it done as the car was already there. While changing the tires, one of the rims had some coating or paint or something come off. I purchased the car with 6000 miles already on it so I had no idea what the previous owner had done to the wheels.
Whatever the previous owner did, it was not done very well! This was 1000% not the service departments issue and instead of leaving the rim looking damaged, they had them all redone/fixed when there was zero obligation for them to do that!
I will absolutely come back to the service department here.

We had a service done on the car which was over $3,000. When we got the car back to the house the oil light was on. When we brought the car back we were told that this happens and it is hard to put the right amount of oil in the car. Seems to be this is what they do and should be able to get a service and oil change done and have the right oil level. No apology for making two trips just this is really hard stuff and next time we should go to the store and buy some oil and top it off. Still cant believe the arrogance....

The client representative, Anastasia, did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of the work progress and repairs. The work was done in a timely manner. I will be back to this dealership for any other typical maintenance or repairs.

Start to finish, the best experience I’ve ever had with a vehicle purchase. Riley was amazing. He handled everything from the start and was in constant communication throughout the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and it felt like they were all genuinely happy for me on the day I picked the car up. This was my first time dealing with Porsche Bellevue, but it certainly won’t be my last.

Excellent buying experience. This the second pre-owned vehicle I purchased at Porsche Bellevue. Despite not buying a brand new or high-end vehicle, I received top notch service and attention from the sales team. The Porsche Bellevue staff is incredibly knowledgable and many of them are genuine Porsche enthusiasts and owners themselves. Highly recommend.

Service has been mostly great, however I feel like once the sale was done their interest in their quality stopped.
We got a car, we asked for the clear plate protection. It was not installed by the time we picked up. We had to come back arrange a date and get it done. It was done, badly done it had to be returned to the shop . They put about 70+ miles, where do they drive it to?
And to make it look “better” we got the wrong car warranty

Really great experience from first step into the dealership. The salesperson Jonathan was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. He also accommodated with our questions, needs, coordinated with all the other departments.
We look forward to a long lasting relationship with the car, brand and the dealership.
