AutoNation runs the service department. They have zero interest in helping you as a Porche customer. They don't know anything about Porsche itself. This includes parts numbers, scheduled maintenance, etc... They were always nice to me but never able to get the world done right. Something is always missing, and no follow-up.

My recent visit to Porsche Bellevue took a turn for the worse due to Joy's exceptionally poor conduct. While I've had positive experiences here in the past, Joy's behavior was nothing short of horrible and unprofessional. I had come to finalize paperwork with Jared but found him unavailable, so I was directed to Joy and Tam. Joy's response to my inquiry was marked by rudeness and a dismissive attitude. Throughout the process, she made derogatory remarks and created a belittling atmosphere for both me and my husband, as well as her colleague, Tam. Furthermore, Joy's decision to use our phone on speaker to communicate with Jared was highly unprofessional. I'm deeply disappointed by this experience, and I hope Porsche Bellevue takes steps to address such unacceptable behavior in the future.

Just purchased my car from Porsche Bellevue and they are an absolute sit show. I show up with pre-approved financing with my own bank and they kept on telling me that because my bank "is partnered with them" they still have to run my credit. They did it in twice even after I repeatedly told them I already secured financing. My bank gave me an interest rate of 6% and the dealership kept saying there is no way that happened. Even after all of this I still purchased the car from them. Still haven't received a call or text for my plates. And my temporary registration is a month expired. When you call them for help you're automatically sent to robot calls because who doesn't wanna deal with a real person on the phone? Once you do get in contact with someone. The lady answering could care less. This dealership is full of liars and they will wait upstairs just to waste your time pretending to get a better price on your trade in. I know this is a business and they need to make money but this is outrageous. 1/10 take your money elsewhere. These people don't care about anything but getting you to pay them through their in-house loans.

The service department (run by Autonation) is one of the worst I've ever experienced. My 911 was there for insurance repairs. They contacted me stating there were $9k worth of additional repairs not covered by insurance. I am open to this, so let's talk about it as I do have questions. No return call from the service agent (Lee Van) who really had very little Porsche expertise to share. Weeks later I finally reach out and the excuses were feeble with a promise of a return call the next day (the very same promise I got before). No call. Nothing. I finally call the service manager Savanna Brown. She is apologetic and states she will find out what happened and get right back to me. Can you guess what happened? Correct. No call. Nothing. Out of convenience, I was quite willing to pay them money, but the car is back to me without any of the additional repairs. That's perfectly fine as either I or my independent mechanic can handle the repairs at half the price. Bellevue Porsche (and Autonation) is a terrible service organization and should be avoided whenever possible. A zero score should be available. Just to clarify: The mechanics that performed any work seem to have done just fine. The lack of competent customer service is my only issue. Maybe if I had the expensive model they would actually care...

I ran into an issue with my Porsche Macan. It had a fuel leak and an oil leak. Both leaks ended up being pretty serious repairs. The tech who worked on my car and the service department were communicative, kind, and professional. I would like to extend my gratitude to Anastasia Morozov, Jordan Franklin, Simon Pope, Jamie Johannessen, & Jordan Franklin. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure that my Macan was up to CPO spec. I am thankful for the outcome and that I brought my Macan Turbo to them. I would have appreciated a hand wash at the end of the repair and a shorter repair time (as just the interior was cleaned) but I felt that I was very well taken care of given the severity of the problem and the circumstances. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with this dealer.

Working with Anastasia in service has been a wonderful experience. She communicates clearly and she's very professional. I would highly recommend working with her or her colleagues at the Porsche Bellevue service center. Thank you so much for an enjoyable experience!

Just bought our second Cayenne from this dealer. It took a little longer than we anticipated, but we were shown several CPO cars, and it was a very tough decision. Each one was more beautiful, and we test drove three of them in our selection process. We came in knowing what the options were, and had a specific deal in mind. Nic and Savannah did an outstanding job of making that deal happen. Our last experience buying a beautiful. CPO Cayenne (2017 Mahogany Platinum) was also great and it was a beautiful car. I hated to say goodbye. It was our trade-in. Low miles and looking like new. You can call Nic Trillo to check it out or visit their website. it should sell fast Hannah in Finance does an excellent job with the paperwork. She is great to work with and did our prior car. We are thrilled with our purchase and overall experience with this dealer.

They originally offered me $70K for my trade. I showed them values in the mid 80's, but they said they could only list it for $76K at most. They finally offered $74K for the trade. After the transaction they immediately listed the car for $87K. These people lie like crazy! Stay away!

This review is an acknowledgement of the time and considerable customer service given to me by Jordan Franklin Assistant Mnnager at Bellevue Porsche. My 911 Turbo S recently began making a scrubbing sound when making extreme turns both while moving forward and in reverse. My first consult was in a Woodinville European car shop that wanted $180 to only diagnose the issue {I'll deal with them in another Yelp review}. From there I went to two other alignment businesses, both agreeing that this is normal for this vehicle with Micheline Cup 2 tires. Still concerned, I took my car to Bellevue Porsche where Jordan took time from his busy schedule and rode in the car with me. He too determined that this is normal for such a vehicle with these tires and printed out an Advanced technical information sheet explaining that this phenomenon was common with these vehicles and even more noticeable with the longer Panamera's. My concern was appreciated and understood and Jordan took the needed time to ally my concerns. Thank you!

DO NOT GET the pre-paid maintenance plan. It is a complete scam and I'm incredibly disappointed I was 'strongly encouraged' to purchase it. If you do not meet the mileage requirements for the plan you have essentially pissed away whatever you paid for it.

Crazy expensive. Quoted me over $600 for an oil Change on an old cayman, that's insane. Can't see why an oil change service would cost that much. Look for an independent Porsche mechanic instead it will cost about half price.

Love this place and the people. Always helpful and ready to go the extra mile. From my buying experience to my services has been great and highly recommend this place. Horst helped me with my car and Adam has been my service advisor and he is the most knowledgeable and helpful person to work with.

Went there with a friend to buy a Porsche which we were told was on the lot. After arriving at the showroom waited for 45 mins before anyone could attend us. Even after 45 minutes when we were attended the guy had no knowledge as where the car was. We were ready to buy the car on the same day but due to this poor customer experience I don't think we will ever go to this showroom.

I'm a cash buyer and they refused to sell me a car because I didn't live in state. I'm sorry but if you're a good dealer you'll do anything to sell the car instead they choose not to do it for the reason of not being able to "fill out paper work"

Huge waste of time and money took my vehicle into get the front differential serviced and they blew my engine manifold while I was in their care if I could give 0 stars I would now they're fighting with my warranty company to see who covers the bill instead of fixing their mistake. My service advisor Adam has been nothing but amazing I can't say the same for the techs at this dealership.
