First contacted Ryan who runs their online presence (the vehicle was listed on Facebook marketplace). Even when it looked like I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from him, he remained engaged and asked me what I was looking for. He even double checked the information and got back to me when it turns out the truck was what I was looking for. Super refreshing to feel like someone was working to earn my business.
I went in to the dealership on Saturday and met with Ben. Who was friendly and positive, and continued to be even when I didn’t end up buying. This is a great place to buy a car where it’s obvious they care about customer experience. No pressure at all, felt like buying a car from a friend.

Mike was our sales man. We went to multiple car dealers and they topped them all. Streight forward no bullshit. We went in to buy a truck and bought an Overland Jeep super nice. Mike made buying so easy no hassel here. Got an amazing price. Good kind service. Will highly recommend Platinum Wholesale Auto for good prices and great service . When we picked up our Jeep it was super detailed by their detail service! Im so happy!!! Mikes the man!

Overall a decently smooth experience.
Bought a 2020 Prius from here through Joe Mazzilli and the process was fine. Friendly guy although could be a little slow to respond to some questions over email (particularly regarding a strange 20k miles a car had gained while at Platinum according to CarFax). They let me take the car to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection which was appreciated.
I have some minor gripes about the purchase process but I think they by and large have to do with this being my first time purchasing a used car. I believe that Platinum Autos and Joe were acting within good faith (and the desire to sell a car haha).
I'd say this is a fine place to check out. I'll just leave the following (admittedly generic) tips for future customers:
- After seeing the car determine what total amount you're willing to pay for the car. This is where a pre-purchase inspection helps you, since any repairs you consider necessary should be considered in this amount.
- Ask for a total quote with *all fees and taxes applied*. It's helpful when buying to be thinking about the actual final amount you'll be paying rather than the "price of the car" which is more loose. This is the value you compare against what you're willing to pay.
- *The total quote is negotiable* (and I will tip my hat to Joe when he initially asked if the price looked good (although that was just the on-paper car price, before fees)). If it is higher than what you're willing to pay see if they can bring it down to where you are. If they won't, look elsewhere/at other cars/check back in a year.

I bought a van in May from Mike at Platinum and it was a good experience overall. I had it inspected by a mechanic which turned up a few normal maintenance items. Platinum wouldn't negotiate on the price, but offered to complete much of the work in house which I agreed to and it saved me the hassle of making multiple different service appointments. Mike was pleasant, transparent and communicative, and went out of his way to accommodate a few other requests I made. Buying a vehicle can be stressful and my last purchase from private seller, which I did not have inspected, did not end well. I am happy with the van and the experience I had at Platinum and would definitely recommend them and Mike.

I’ve got to give a tip of the hat and a big compliment to Platinum Wholesale Auto. I had stopped by to check out a car they had listed that was like the one I was selling. Even knowing that I was just looking at one specific car and not interested in buying they were still friendly, helpful, and not pushy in any way, a marked change from what I was expecting with a smaller car dealer. Robert mentioned they also buy and/or consign cars, and that was an option of I didn’t want to have to deal with paperwork and looky-loos. After some easy and respectful of my time negotiation I wound up selling my car to them for a very fair price. Now my summer weekends are free instead of waiting for the phone to ring.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them in the future.

Four simple words - Do NOT go there (period) ….Truly disappointing Customer service!!! I bought my car from them nine months ago. The car had dead battery, They tried to replace it with another one that died in 10 minutes - eventually bought a brand battery so I don’t have to deal with their hassle. Brakes were almost 0 and I had to get that replaced within two weeks, Chip and crack in the windshield (they never disclosed as they were selling it to me, I discovered a couple of days after the purchase) that they try to persuade me that it will cost 30 bucks to fix it - the real cost was $150, I spend over $1000 on the car during the first month I bought it from them. I could not spend more money to to fix the windshield. they told me it had two keys to it And the fact was only one key with the remote and the other one is the broken key metal piece With no remote …. I can go on and on, Not to mention that they did not even bother to WASH the car before Selling it to me. You think that if you spend over $16,000 at a dealership (I checked the car value a week later online and it’s under $10,000), you think they would be decent enough to just wash The car before selling it to me - I got the car, dirty and nasty. I have bought five cars in the last 23 years and thank God, not from them. AND THIS Dealership - platinum auto! Is unfortunately one of those scam dealers. Furthermore, the car had a recall on it, and they never told me before selling it. It is my fault. I Trusted them! Never ever trust platinum auto.
Again - DO NOT GO THERE. They will scam you without you realizing it - But then, I guess it’s their job To scam people who trust them.
I’m doing my part and warning you don’t waste your money or your time dealing with them. I think I have said enough.

I bought a motorcycle from Platinum Wholesale in Apr 2024. The whole experience was smooth from the beginning to the end. Mike was transparent about the price and condition of the bike, answered all my questions and returned every phone call. Thank you!

We had a great experience here. They had the truck that we wanted, they seriously considered our offer and made a good counter offer.
Mike was very accommodating, open and patient with us and the conversation was friendly. We bought our truck here!

Mike the sales rep was very helpful. I was able to get the car I wanted for a low price without spending much time on-site negotiating and doing paperwork. I would highly recommend these guys.

Mike wasn't your typical car salesman. He was the salesman that puts the rest to shame. I never felt pressured into a purchase; which I always dread when car shopping. He was a pleasure to work with, timely with communications, and understanding when I had to leave a deposit and delay the purchase for a few weeks. I will consider him for future purchases.
