After getting help with re-installing the rear wheel after a tire change, he recommended replacing the front tire as well. Rather than pay the dealer an hour labor @ $175/hr (and still needing help to reinstall the wheel and tire) I brought the new tire to GP and Ivan had it installed, balanced, and back on the bike in under an hour. If you need any kind of work done on your bike I highly recommend you check with Pit Stop GP first- you will save money, time and probably learn a lot!

Ivan and crew are professional, flexible, and fair. I got a flat on my motorcycle on a Saturday evening in a location far from home. With Ivan's service I felt safe, got back on the road swiftly, and was charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

So recently, my son purchased a bike and had to ride it from Shoreline back home to Tacoma. It ended up stalling out while riding, and we were stranded on the side of the road. I messaged Ivan Natarau, explained my situation, gave directions, and he showed up approximately 40mns later to rescue us. The bike had some carb issues and couldn't be fixed right away, but he loaded it up and brought it home for us. He also took a look at my other bike and did a little fix on that one at no additional charge. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Be very careful in any dealings with Randy.I was surprised that he would put his bait and switch practices in an email. I tried to speak to him but when he knew that I had figured it out he hung up. I really couldn't believe it, did he think I was blind and that stupid. Please be careful!

Finally, a mechanic and repair shop that can meet you halfway- or all the way, if you prefer! I had a flat tire on my Suzuki; unfortunately motorcycles don't have spare tires, and changing out the complete wheel assembly is a lot more difficult than the YouTube videos would have you believe. After calling the dealer I typically use as well as 2 others and hearing 4-6 weeks before they would even look at the bike, a quick search online leads me to Pit Stop GP, and just for fun I request an appointment. After a few texts and pictures back and forth, I have an appointment for 10:30 the next morning. In less than an hour, the whole wheel is aligned and ready to go, AND I have a detailed list of electrics, fluids, tire pressures- everything I need to know to ride safely. My mechanical skills probably peaked in 1976, wrenching on a Yamaha 2-stroke. It's great to find a faster, cheaper alternative to the busy dealers and a shop I trust to do the work, or check my work if I get in the weeds on a DIY project.

I was referred to Ivan by a friend who has a couple bikes he’s serviced. Ivan was very responsive, easy to work with and made the process of replacing a tire much more efficient and more affordable than if I had gone to the dealership. 6/5 stars for Pit Stop GP!

Ivan was professional in his work. I had an issue with my charging system on my Yamaha R6. He was able to figure it out in a timely matter and told me what needed to be replaced.

Pit Stop GP is probably the best bike shop in the area…when I brought my R6 to them, they swiftly and expertly fixed the steering bearings—the bike felt so much better after their work. The repair was done quickly, at a very fair price, and the guys were willing to do it at an inconvenient time that I requested. They are professionals who seem to truly enjoy their work while committed to doing it right by their customers, which is quite rare these days. I highly recommend this shop for any bike owner in need of exceptional, trustworthy service!

Thank you so much Ivan for getting my scooter back up and running again! It’s running beautifully! The service here was fast and affordable! He came and picked it up the day after I called and had it back to me the next day. It had been sitting for at least a year and a half, out in the elements with no cover, my bad but I learned my lesson and have one now. He went through the whole motor and cleaned it up beautifully, it was in pretty poor shape. I’m so happy I found them and I will be using this company for all of my scooter needs now! Highly recommend! Thanks again also for picking me up to come take it home, you’re the best!!!

This is the most responsive and professional shop I have ever used. He is knowledgeable and will not do anything halfway. He found issues I didn't even know my bike had and fixed them. His family deserves recognition for all the time they give up so he can finish a project. I will not take my bake to another shop. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

10/10 experience with Ivan and his team, this weekend I was stumped with my bike being no crank, no start. I replaced the fuel pump, spark plugs, starter relay. Called Ivan and he came out to me went thoroughly through the bike testing all of the electrical and had me diagnosed with battery and starter issues which is exactly what it was. Will be strictly going to Pit Stop GP for future repairs.

Quick and amazing service at flexible timing. Reached out to Ivan for replacing my license plate which got stuck due to rusted screws. He immediately replaced it in and also helped remove my old tank bag in no time. Highly recommend Pitstop GP for efficient motorcycle services.

Ivan did all new fairings for me, he did an amazing job. I had a Chinese kit that didn’t fit to well. But he worked until 12 at night to get it done for me. Super nice and professional guy, treats customer bikes like his own. Explained everything and has very competitive and fair pricing. Definitely gonna suggest all my friends and family to go to him. I myself will go to him for all my future work.
