The employees are so rude at this location I can only make it to this one. I initially arrived 10 minutes before closing. After now the second awful experience I think I might need to cancel my vital care services cuz the 30 seconds it would have taken me to get my phone out to claim my rewards and the 3 minutes after closing that they had to wait literally less than 5 minutes resulted in me unable to use them for the second time now and buying a hundred dead worms. The woman at the door was audibly scoffing and so irritated with the fact that she had to wait 5 minutes I worked retail if you're willing to open the door for me and allow me to come in then I should be allowed to completely finish looking for (and checking for signs of life) on what I came in to buy. First she chased me down as I ran to go to the bird food section and I ended up just grabbing a bag of flavored miilet which obviously doesn't do me any good for 2 conures. In total I spent $60 for a hundred dead bugs and flavored millet that I don't want my birds eating anyway and I'm completely broke so thank you Petco your Bellevue location sucks

Walked in and there was liquid fecal matter splattered over the floor near the checkout. Accidents happen with pets, I get it, but what was unacceptable is how the employees treated the situation. It seemed to just remain there, even after I circled the store for about 15 minutes with the employees just standing there with nobody to clean it up. Not even a caution sign put up? I’m sorry but I am not shopping at a store where there is no protocol to address common problems like these.

I recently had an extraordinary experience at Petco, all thanks to Deena's exceptional service. I arrived at the store as it was nearing closing time, anxious that I might miss my pick-up order. To my great relief, Deena went above and beyond, graciously staying late to ensure I received everything I needed. Her kindness and patience shone through as she not only assisted with my order but also imparted invaluable wisdom on caring for newborn kittens. Her humorous and charming demeanor made the entire interaction an absolute delight. Deena’s unwavering dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly distinguished her, transforming my visit to Petco into a uniquely remarkable and unforgettable experience.

Recommend to avoid this petco.
Never have a good experience there.
And I will never go back again.
The cashiers are never being by the register. They are ALL very rude. They must be “trained” not say the word “ Hello” or “Thank you” also they do not have the knowledge of their sales items what so ever.
The manager woman is the terribly rude to customers.

I dropped my dog off for her 12:45pm Apt and requested that they call me on my new phone number as they had the wrong one on file (I have requested them to change this multiple times in the past). They mentioned they were behind so it would be a few hours which was fine. By 5:30pm I had not heard anything yet so I had to call the store. The person at the front sounded VERY confused and said all the groomers had already left. He then put me on hold and came back and said that my dog was there. I NEVER received a call from the groomers saying that she was done and ready for pick up. Once I got to petco, there was nobody in the groomers area, just a receipt with my dogs name on it. I went up to the front and asked them how long she had been ready for and showed them the receipt. They said they had no idea. When the manager got my dog I reiterated my question and received the same response. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism that this petco provided yesterday. Nobody, including the manager knew that my dog was even back in the grooming area. There should have been more communication about when she was finished and getting into contact with me instead of just leaving her in the back ALONE without telling ANY of the other staff members?? That is the last thing you want to hear when you are trusting a company with your pet. So unprofessional.

The store looks awful. Pallets and trash everywhere. Fish tanks are disgusting and filled with algae. I saw one associate working while I was there and she was in pajamas.

I was discouraged by a employee from buying a beta fish...I have owned one before and the employee tried to convince me their current living conditions are better than my own care...mind you these fish are sitting it 2 in × 4 in containers of their own feces...I should report this location to PETA

I just started a Koi pond and have purchased all my fish from the Factoria location. The staff has been very knowledgeable and friendly. Last week I came in for some pond plants and dog food. Ava helped me find everything I needed and helped me load it into my car.

I arrived about an hour before closing. No other customers were in the store, and I was greeted by the person at the cash register. I asked him if he would call someone to attend to me at the tropical fish. He paged the other associate. As I walked to the tropical fish, I saw and made eye contact with the other associate. I waited ten minutes, and no one came to see what I needed. I returned to the associate at the cash register and asked for him to page an associate. Long story short, no one arrived. I left time wasted and without the fish I needed.
