Although, i love the location which is super convenient and close to my home, I had a disappointment with the staff, to be more precisely the lady working yesterday, i had enough of her pretending to contact the manager and horsing around. I am a registered customer and purchase every month for my 2 dogs food, which brand is ZIWI, also, I buy items from them constantly at the same location. Yesterday, I wanted to access to a discount and she completely did everything in her power to not make it happen arguing that is only one bag per customer that can only had the discount, so i asked her to register the purchase under my husband's name, which technically is our dogs and she strongly refused.I am pretty sure if the manager was contacted they would had addressed the situation completely different.

It's convenient to my house and primarily purchase treats there 4-6 time per month. It's pretty transactional. I prefer the staff interaction and experience at Mud Bay, they are just not as convenient.

Scarlet was an absolute joy to work with! I really want what’s best for my dog and when I was worried about some of the ingredients in the current dog food I was using, Scarlet spent so much time explaining everything to me and giving me the knowledge to make an educated decision on what is best for my pet.Paisley (my dog) is usually a picky eater, but she loved the food we picked out! Couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much! :)
