I passed by this pace one time and was so amazed by the amount of amazing cars they have. This place motivates me to work hard to reach my dream and 1 day I will have my own sport car. I also had the chance to talk to this guy working there, his name is Mo, what a great guy! He explain to me what kind of service they provide and the kind of cars they work on. I just want to say great work everybody, kudos to all of you guys for restoring other's dream and starting mine. :)))

Every time I go to Park Place/Mercedes Garage, I get the royal treatment. This time was no different. I had a particular issue with my 2013 MB C300. The service advisor, Shabi, took complete ownership of my issue. She kept me up to date on the progress of my diagnose, making sound suggestions along the way. Long story short, a part (a pair, actually) in my car had failed prematurely. The part had a ltd lifetime warranty, and Shabi honored the warranty without any questions. She made sure I had a loaner car so I wouldn't be inconvenienced, and had my car fixed in just under two days. I can't say enought good things about Shabi. Shabi is very knowledgeable and I trust her wholeheartedly with my car. If I could give her and Park Place/Mercedes Garage 6-8-10 stars, I would. Bravo!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took the car there because of the good reviews then had 24 reviews and all were over 4. I’m very disappointed with the way pike place treated us as customers and never took care of the problem when we took the car back 5000 mills after the repair they did when the repair they did had 10,000 miles warranty. They did not diagnose the car properly when we took it back to fix it. I had to take it to Maserati to fix it after pikes Place could not figure out the issues with the car.At the dealership I found out that pike place did not seal the places they had worked with properly and that’s why they called was running so hot.

I had an excellent experience with Park Place Auto Salon, and in particular with Shabi Soliamani who was my point of contact for the MB garage.I needed some exterior trim pieces replaced on an older G Class, and had already been turned down by a few of locations (including AutoNation MB of Bellevue) because of the age of the vehicle and the headaches that old, rusted hardware can bring.Park Place stepped up to the challenge and delivered a home run with a short turn-around and a very reasonable price.I have a few facelift trim updates I am considering, and will absolutely contact Shabi before even considering anyone else.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Unfortunately my experience with this service center has been poor every time. Last time I was there they broke a piece in my car while I was watching them. I was told that they would replace it but I have not heard from them. I have spoken to them since about it and I have still not heard back from them. The work I had done was to fix my heater which ended up costing me $2200. 1st time I went to use my heater was this fall when the weather had turned. The heater worked no better than after the $2200 I spent for them to fix it. Also the last time I dropped my car off for service, The mechanic who worked on my car must have had filthy hands. That dirt transferred all through the car on all the parts that were worked on not to mention apparently the windows had been left down and the car had filled with debris from the trees outside. Incredibly unimpressed with this place now that I write this.

I had a couple of small issues with my 2017 F Type R that I purchased from Park Place 3 years ago. (O2 sensor and a headlight control switch that was beginning to fail - the running lights would not shut off so the battery had to be disconnected).When I called the Jag dealer in Bellevue, they were 8 weeks out. I asked them to book it and requested that they not update the ECU on the car. The service advisor told me they MUST update the ECU to the newest version anytime they service a car. When I told them the car has a Velocity AP tune, they then refused to service the car whatsoever (not sure what the headlight control switch has to do with the car being tuned, but whatever.)I called Park Place Service and they got me in the NEXT DAY. They diagnosed the issues just to be sure and ordered the parts, which only took a few days to get in. Dropped the car off the following week 1st thing in the morning and it was done by noon. All problems resolved....PLUS replacing the headlight switch resolved a battery drain issue that I've had that the dealer gave up on trying to find after multiple visits over 2 years under warranty. All work was done at a reasonable (for a Jaguar) price. No drama, and no fuss - a stark difference from what I am used to when working with the Dealer!Both the showroom and service departments at Park Place are top notch. I highly, highly recommend that if you are an enthusiast like myself that you give Park Place a call. They have tons of inventory you don't see elsewhere and I'm happy to report the service department is fully capable of keeping your investment on the road.Services: Electrical repair

Park Plaza Auto Spa was great. Rather than taking the money, they inform me that repairs would be more than what the car was actually worth. I know what you're thinking, if it's a $5,000 car and repairs are $10,000 that's a no-brainer. It wasn't like that. The situation was I can put the money into repairs, but it wouldn't be long and something else was going to malfunction or break and it would be another $1,500 $2,000. The car was worn out and repairs were going to nickel and dime me to death. So I called Pick-n-Pull. JB let the car sit in their lot for over a week, until Pick-n-Pull could come pick it up. Yes, that is my car raked with bullet holes and a broken windshield. I was sitting in the driver's seat when a random shooter on a random shooting spree crossed my path. He put his last three rounds into my car, then through the gun at my windshield.

I needed a Pre Purchase Inspection done on a Jaguar XKR I was looking at. They were able to get me in on the limited timeline I could find, and provided pretty good insight to what was going on with the car. Although they weren't able to check the oil level I figured out it was about 1.5 qts low after taking a few minutes to read the manual and measure it. At the time the JLR dealer was 1 month booked out so I appreciate them getting me in!

There's the only one in Western Washington that will work on a classic jaguar It's a great thing they do good work but they'er Very expensive then that I have a couple million dollar cards they're selling in there lamborghini Diablo's tomb taxes Original Shelby cobras with the 427. 67 Corvette Convertible with A427 big block. ECT one prescription oh I got it out of my cigarettes

These guys are booked out for atleast a month so keep refreshing their appointment portal if you need a date in the near future. Price point is good however if your car has been sitting in dirt and grime for months together, I wouldn't expect it to be sparkling clean. I would probably go back if I need a maintenance wash once in a year and then I would go to a place like the brown bear once a month to get the remaining dirt out. They also offer $5 off for a Yelp check in. Service was pretty quick since I got the $60 super wash for my sedan.

I've been a customer of Park Place for over 20 years, have had 5 of my vehicles serviced here and have always been satisfied with the service. A total of almost 1,000,000 miles, and three of those cars still run fantastic (sold the other two). Let Park Place help protect your vehicle and get the most out of it fir the longest time possible.

Very disappointed with the last service. I paid a little over $200 for a fullsize SUV wash, wax and leather conditioning but imagine my surprise when I found parts of my car not vacuum, the third row leather not condition and some stain in the paint still there(which I was able to remove with some wax at home. It made me wonder if they actually wax it at all. And after waiting 4 weeks for the appointment I think this is the last time I will take my car there.
