Horrible. Please run away from this place.
They made water damage near the engine. My car broke down and had to get it towed back to them. And after that they charged me for replacing the starter motor damage that they did!
I see many such reviews here. This is absolutely unacceptable scam.
Edit: This review is very much meant for this place. The service was does under my husband's name.

Beware going here for detailing. It is overpriced and shoddy.
They left water somewhere near the starter motor for my Hyundai and caused to malfunction.
Flat out refused to take responsibility and charged me even more to fix it.
Response to reply: My car had white smoke coming out of it before the car refused to start which meant water was left behind in the hood during the detailing. 6 years without any issue and this happens immediately after detailing and I'm to believe there's no causation because Park place said so. Starter motors have life way beyond 65K miles. There are other reviews here talking about damage from detailing so mine is not a one off for sure.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was exceptional! After getting a wash and wax, my vehicle feels like it’s BRAND NEW again. They even went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the interior. Pierson at the front desk was incredibly helpful, informative, and kind. Highly recommend this place for top-notch service!

Interior detail left head unit damaged on my 987 boxster (liquid damage to screen). Park place denied accountability for damage and did nothing to make things right - I ended up spending $1500 to replace to part.

Not impressed. This is a lot of money for a car that's not clean. I heard good reviews and I didn't check it until I got home. My mistake. Hope they make this right. I had to leave a voicemail no one picked up the phone.

Excellent customer service - Mo did a great job doing a Super Wash on my car (he worked hard and showed a lot of attention to detail), and Shabi at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Disappointed to be honest. While the customer service was great, and the smoke smell really is gone, I found things that didn't sit well with me. For a price tag of $500, I wish they would have paid a little more attention to detail. Whether it's a high end vehicle, or just someone's daily, they should equally be treated with care in my opinion. It doesn't feel like that to be honest. The front desk people really are awesome, just wish it was done a little better for the price tag.

Do NOT get tinting done here. Bubbles, foggy, scratched my interior and dented my door. Low quality tint and insane prices.
Brought my car in to get tint installed after my car was broken into along with an interior detail and it was bad. The tint was bad, bubbles, foggy and not fully attached in places. They also scratched my infotainment screen, it was pristine before and now it's covered in swirl marks.
I'm too busy so I waited to bring it back and they said the tint needed to dry more so I waited 6 months to bring it back in. When I brought it back they said they would replace the bad windows with new film, but they just tried to heat up the windows they messed up and smooth it out. This left even worse bubbles and it looks even worse now. To make things worse they dented my car door when I brought it back and wanted to argue that the dent was already there.
They offered to let me bring it in again so they could fix the tint again and the tint guy could argue with me about the dent. I'm done wasting time bringing in my car 3 times for something that should have been done right the first time. Don't go here.

I am traveling so I had my son take my car in for interior mildew removal. The car had mildew inside from condensation resulting from setting for two months. No dampness just mildew. They handed the car back to my son with wet floor-mats and other areas of the car. Kept it another day for drying out period and again handed it over to my son. My son parked in his garage to continue drying out and after a couple of days decided to look under the spare tire and there was an inch of water in the pan where the spare was located. The owner Byron I believe has not responded to repeated requests for compensation off the $750 paid for this service... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY AUTO DETAIL WORK... YOU WON'T BE HAPPY

I took my new car to this place for a wash and wax, thinking it would be top-notch based on their website and reviews. The wash itself was fine, my car looked all shiny and clean afterward. But the next day, I noticed wax stains all over where there was plastic on my car. I went back after four days, and they managed to get rid of the stains, but the technician suggested I could just buy some solution and do it myself next time. I mean, why would I want to deal with that if I'm paying $140 for a premium service? It shouldn't leave stains in the first place, right?
Anyway, the stains came back the next day, so I had to take it back again the following week to get them removed once more. At the end of it all, the gentlemen that worked in the office basically told me not to expect too much from their wash and wax service and tried to upsell me on their detailing service with a more experienced person. Seriously? So, you're telling me I'm paying $140 for should expect amateur-level waxing?

Last few times they have missed the mark a lot of residue on floor mats and carpet. Windows streaked and part of car missed and dirt patches showing. Not what I would expect for $95-115 dollar car wash. I hope they return to what they used to be like but I can't justify the cost and the result right now.
