My experience at Park88 has been short thus far but looking to make a lasting memory. I truly love it here. I’ve always been interested in living at Park88 for years but finally made the transition. Everyone at Park88 from all of the residents, to Par, Sally, Cedric, Pedro, and Nick have been nothing but amazing for my experience. Was going through a pivotal period in my life and that rooftop terrace and the people changed everything for me. Love it here so far!

My partner and I lived at Park 88 with our dog Woofy for 16 months and got engaged while living here. We had a great time in large part thanks to the accommodating leasing staff, especially Par and Sally who always made sure we were on top of things. The property has an awesome rooftop deck and one of the highlights of living here is the community events that the leasing team hosts, including an annual rooftop BBQ, taco night and others. One of my favorite little amenities, which I've never seen at an apartment complex before, is the private resident access door to the Third Culture Coffee cafe which makes great drinks and tasty snacks. The location of this property is excellent and the park view in the 2 bedroom apartments is unmatched, especially for the annual Bellevue 4th of July show. We completely recommend Park 88 and would consider living here again.

We fell in love with this place the day that we toured it. It’s in the perfect location, right across from Downtown park with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Very well kept building and amazing staff. The building is well constructed and we can’t hear noise from neighbors or any outside noise. The large windows are especially great on days that the sun is out and still wonderful to have on cloudy days. We toured 6 different apartment buildings in Bellevue and none of them offered the same natural light that we were seeking.

So many of the negative review are spot on. This place reminds one of many a restaurant near a great view... it will have poor quality food.**Pros**Great location by a good park.Looks good (but appearance is skin deep... see below)Has A/C... nice.**Cons**Mover told me he had refurbished the apartment I moved into some years ago as there was a water leak from the roof and it required mass remediation. Not encouraging.Leaks from ceiling in garage will leave sediment on your car that etches the paint.Thefts from mailroom are common. Probably should get an offsite mailbox!History of break-ins. You'll see a security guard posted when it goes critical, but they are always on their phone doing nothing most evenings. There is no guard right now.Manager and staff appear to need therapy. Manager can be bullying and even attempt public humiliation in moments and then swing to being excessively nice in front of new tenants. It is nutty, so plan accordingly. They fundamentally are there to separate you from your cash for their investor. They do nothing about dogs that bark all day. Good luck WFH or weekends.Minor issue, but the cabinet doors are unusually low to the floor. Expect to jam your toe into them regularly (ouch) due to the poor design.

Lived here for a year and loved every minute of it. Perfectly situated in the heart of Downtown Bellevue. Incredibly safe and a great community feel. Building is also very secure, so I was never worried about my safety. Amenities are fantastic and always clean. The maintenance team is top-notch— quick, reliable, and very hospitable. Everyone in the leasing office is always kind, ready to answer any questions you may have, and so accommodating. And last but certainly not least, Sally is the Resident Manager and she’s the absolute best. I cannot speak more highly of her. She was like family away from home. Sad to leave this place!

Location is amazing - and the only reason for the rating. I have two dogs, so being next to the park is nice.

I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. The location could not be better for downtown Bellevue. The maintenance and staff at Park 88 were always very helpful and kind, I would definitely recommend living at Park 88!

Horrible experience living here for two years. It is very noisy in the units, constant break ins in the building and garage. Mail theft and package theft and to top it off very disorganized front desk staff. Maintenance team leaves the doors unsecured and unlocked and don't follow instructions. Pipes falling down in the retail garage (almost onto cars). The building itself is falling apart although it looks nice. Elevators are constantly down (have fun waiting 5-10 minutes to get an elevator) and the on site staff are not helpful with problems regarding the unit. I have pages of texts alerting me of suspicious people in the lobby, gas smells, elevators being down, etc. Yet when I have my own issues with the unit you have to chase them down. I had a better experience with the property management at pacific crest and wish I could rate higher but my experience with on-site staff has been horrible. The on-site staff said they were "shocked" to hear I wasn't happy with the place, which is surprising because don't they alert of all problems so they should be aware of the poor construction. I would never ever recommend this place. Please read ALL the reviews on all websites and know two years later a ton of those problems are still going on. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else, I wish I did.

Extremely poorly managed apartment building. The garage door is a moving hazard with a faulty sensor that crashes into carsThere is frequent flooding in the apartment buildingwithin a year they had two major flooding causing discomfort to several residentThe resident management Jackie Quiambao is loud and rude to residentsThe only thing that is going for this property is location and few good residents that live here.

The apartment and its amenities are very nice. I do have one complaint though: the staff aren't very organized. To make a long story short, I had an infestation that required multiple visits by fumigators and furniture companies. Throughout the process I was relieved of my rights by the building manager and simultaneously expected to coordinate the process. The result was string of calls, voice mails, emails, and in person conversations with three separate people (building manager + deputies) that caused chaos. This disorder extended my misery by about a week and I doubt the staff took note or will take steps to avoid this in future.

We originally were ecstatic to move into this location but have come to regret our decision. There are definitely perks of being downtown but cons at the same expense. Pros: -Very walkable for downtown Bellevue -Beautiful rooftop view of the park -Modern apartment style -Staff is friendly -Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly Cons: -Expensive for the value/space - we could have gotten another apartment in close vicinity for much less or more space -When the weather is nice it is constantly busy and can be overwhelming -They don't have a dog run since the building is next to the park - there are a ton of other dogs out every time we walk our dogs and it makes a quick walk turn into a long one -Both elevators are rarely working at the same time due to maintenance, business use in the building or someone moving in -The package room isn't secure - they said they were working on getting a door roughly a year ago but there hasn't been any progress. It's frightening considering they had packages stolen in the past

Living at Park 88 has been a great experience. This is largely because of Par on the leasing staff. I greatly appreciate her greetings day in and day out as we walk through the building and you can tell she genuinely cares about the tenants of the building. Despite some minor issues, having the peace of mind knowing that the staff is working to create a great experience makes it worth while. The location and amenities in the building are top notch. Again, I’m greatly to have staff members like Par working on our behalf to make our living experience great. Thanks Par :)

I used to live there last year and had to move out when the water pipe burst. Before that I had the best experience with the staff there. I'm writing this because I saw a comment that badmouthed the staff by their names and I don't find it truthful.Eric: Always professional and respectful when he had to enter the unit to take care of the stuff, even when I was away.Joy: She was the most helpful person. She actually supported and helped me with unrelated issue after work hours which she didn't need to. She also approved and backed up my move out, and tried to make it easier.Par, and the other lady that I don't remember her name both were supportive and helpful whenever I called or had an issue, it felt like home with the management team there.
