An employee followed me around like a common criminal. Pushed me straight out of there. It felt very "Petty Woman"-esque because I was ready to spend $$$ on wedding stationery but left empty handed and self-conscious. Go to Fireworks across the street at the mall if you're looking for an eclectic and less hostile store.

I brought gift for kids and needs to be wrapped, they charge extra for gift wrapping, which is ok. But I was told it is their kids craft day so they can get very busy. It will take them 2 hours to wrap gifts. But I was the only customer, two store assistants there not sure what they are busy with. I explained I don’t have two hours. They offered alternatives to buy gift bag, and tissue paper. That’s what I did eventually, the two assistants watched me to put everything in my gift bag myself. Not offer any help. I even need to ask for a marker to mark off price myself. No wonder people don’t like to shop in the store now. If the shopping experience and customer service is horrible like this. Why would they do? I love the beautiful crafts in this store and I had good experiences before. What happened today is so disappointing!!!

This is a really cool place if you’re into paper goods. They have lots of little gifts too. Huge selection of cards plus some wrapping paper and gift bags. It’s a cool little place to go by and check out! You have to get here off the street so cross over the skybridge or use the crosswalk outside Cheesecake Factory.

Lots of fun gift ideas. Ironically, I went in for a birthday card. Didn't find one and yet found gifts. Wish they offered more recycled paper and eco products.

This place has great selection but their prices are about 5-15% higher than they should be IMO but hey I had a small window and they were close by. Unfortunately my finances kids never gave her the card I got.

After coming here, I realized that I like American design. I like floral and botanical designs. As someone who is crazy about watercolors, etc., I wanted to sweep up all the items here, but I held back. They're so pretty, but the problem is that none of them are particularly practical^_ㅜ Postcards and coasters. Even though I bought it mainly for wrapping paper and shopping bags, I held back tears and cried because I thought it would only be used for ornamental purposes.

Fun stationery store with a wide variety of goods. I actually went there twice. I'm not a clothes horse or need/want a lot of shoes, but get me into a paper store and I'm happier than the proverbial kid in a candy store. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Great products and pleasant staff. Prices are a bit high but you can probably say that about everything these days.

When we came in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was also clean and well organized. It did appear that they were having some major issues with their supply chain as quite a few of their paper stock displays were empty or items were out of stock. In the end, they didn't have anything we were looking for so we sadly left empty-handed and had to go elsewhere to find what we wanted.

The lady at the front helped me out when I was seriously struggling. Got some neat ideas for my wedding invite. Thank you again!
