If I could give zero starts I would. The management sucks. Some lady with long hair in a ponytail kept giving me attitude. I lost my receipt and I didn’t have a tag with my item and I got a ton of attitude and I didn’t even get my item returned.

Beware of their very customer unfriendly return policy. I’ve never been to a store that doesn’t at least give you store credit for an item with no receipt. If you think you might change your mind, shop somewhere else.

Love the wide selection of clothes they gave here! My personal favorite is their new essentials!! Shout out the worker Edonyas for giving me a great experience when checking out, will be back!

paid $169 for an essentials sweatshirt. It lasted one whole day before all the letters fell off of it. The store has garbage to offer. Do not make purchases at this store. You will be disappointed!!!!

I was in there just a few days ago, and I my niece and I witnessed the employees getting yelled at by someone who seemed to be the boss. I can’t imagine how humiliating that must be for them! The customer service was decent and the employees were nice, I got help on the denim by a few different people which I was entirely grateful for, but the whole time I was there I kept witnessing the employees not looking happy and many saying they wanted to quit because of what they just experienced.

Returning a swimsuit they sold to me without the protective sticker on it, and they rejected my return because of that. The guy who works there told me they would never make a mistake like that to sell it to customers, and said how can I know if you didn’t remove it yourself? If customer service is what you do for living, at least do what you pay for

When i was waiting in the fitting room line i was greeted with disrespect. This trans lady kept giving me and my friends attitude and saying “girl get behind the line like damn.” as a worker this is disrespectful. then she went on to talk to her friend saying “i hate kids so much” and they kept yelling at everyone else. please take this into consideration and fire the trans girl (she is tall and looks mixed maybe with curly hair), thanks!
