I was told by my doctor that they would call to schedule an appointment and no one bas contacted me over a week. I have been trying to reach someone through their phone but it goes to the voicemail. Why is it difficult to schedule an appointment?

Terrible service, first they didn't call for scheduling as doctor told me they will call and even their front desk said. I waited and finally called myself, then it took then forever to find the order. Finally they found an appointment which was on the same day as my follow-up appointment with Doctor, but I cannot do anything so I had to take it. On the day of appointment they asked if I took pre meds for my scan, and it was a full surprise for me as I was not asked for any pre meds while scheduling or afterwards, no communication at all, and they are asking me to reschedule on the day of appointment after waiting for 50 minutes, it is not only unfortunate that they are such terrible workers here but also they don't understand it could be something threatening someone's life. How can these people be allowed in medical services. These people should not be allowed to play with people's life in healthcare.

I've booked several appts through their Overlake Imaging # and have never had a bad experience with the scheduling staff, beyond having to wait/call back. They've been kind, helpful, & efficient. Today I called midday & waited around 9 minutes, & the woman quickly looked up my account. She briefly put me on hold to review the order, then came back & said the referral had expired so she'd send it to the Dr & they'll call me once I'm able to book. They've called me back in the past when needed. Just want to balance the negative reviews about the scheduling staff. I do agree with others that booking online would be better & seems doable in 2024.
At my MRI appt the MRI tech was very friendly & easily got the IV in, & made me feel calm. He checked in frequently throughout the scan. The changing room, IV/waiting room, & scan room were all very clean. Overall it was an easy enough experience, but I wish they had the same MRI machine at the Issaquah office or would add it in Redmond so you don't have to go to the busy Bellevue hospital for it.

Visit was post op for imaging. The receptionist was very rude and dismissive. Made no attempt to be mildly civil.

It's 2024 and they still need a phone call to make an appointment like in 20th century. Everywhere else in the whole world can do it through web or mobile applications.

I have never seen such an unprofessional medical clinic in my life! I'm not even complain about the long hold, but when I tried scheduling something, the scheduling staff was incredibly rude, yelling at me for asking for a second option when I couldn't make the first one. Does Overlake have an administrator to manage this clinic at all?

One of the worst scheduling experiences. Initial 2 calls (after around an hour of waiting on the line) they were missing the referral from the Dr office. Third time, they were missing clinical note. Fourth time they were missing both the referral and clinical note:). Weeks long unsuccessful effort to get an appointment scheduled still.

This is absolutely the WORST place to deal with, mainly for interventional radiology. The WORST. I have been trying to get a call back to schedule an urgent appointment, left messages, no one responds. Finally I just had to keep calling them and the kind person who finally picked up asks the (woman - I assume) nearby why they are not answering. The woman very rudely says - "yes this number keeps calling. It's very clear that they should leave a message, so I have put it on auto forward." I can hear this - they don't even have the decency to crib about my need to make an urgent appointment behind my back. I rarely write reviews unless the care has been absolutely abysmal; but here I am yet to receive care and it is already terrible. If your doctor sends you to this overtake facility, please ask them to send you anywhere else. Anywhere else at all. I broke down on the phone and had to eventually hang up. This was the worst experience, hands down, I have ever had with a medical provider.

Terrible scheduling!! I tried 6 times yesterday and after long hold times got transferred to other lines for long holds! Finally left a "call back" number and never got any response. Very poor scheduling, particularly for a hospital!! Bill

Long hold times (30 min+), rude and unfriendly schedulers, they never call anyone back, they leave orders just hanging & don't notify offices if something else is needed...extremely inefficient and/or understaffed (unsure which of the two or if both are a problem). Please look into the root problems here and figure it out.
Edit: why would i call to give more info when i can't get through to anyone on that main line?

45 min waits on phone then recorded message asks patient to leave a call back message ...after calling 5 times in 2 weeks and leaving 5 messages BlNO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU

You stay on hold forever. I was just on hold and then the recording said they don’t schedule during lunch and it then it let me leave a message. I had made time for this call during lunch during a much needed vacation. Is it so hard to hire a few more schedulers? Inside Overlake they have brag banners all over saying how awesome they are. I don’t get it. You have to staff your hospital to provide quality healthcare.

A horrible experience. Tried calling five times to schedule an appointment for imaging prescribed by doctor. Waited on hold for over 30 minutes on multiple occasions and left multiple voicemails. I never received a call back. I called my doctor to find another option. He referred me to Rayus Radiology who picked up immediately and scheduled my appointment.

It is impossible to schedule an appointment via the phone, they are understaffed. No one returns messages, it’s pathetic.

Tried calling to schedule an ultrasound multiple occasions at different times. Left message twice. Every time I call, I stay on hold for 30 + minutes and still no one. I waited over an hour one time and nothing. Makes me wonder if this place is even actually operating. Even if they pick up, I wouldn’t want a place like this taking care any of my medical matters. Writing this while on hold with them.. I plan to call my pcp to see if they can send me elsewhere for ultrasound.
