What a scam. I tried to report these people to the BBB and to the Attorney General, but no one seemed to care much. They suck you in and prey upon you by getting you to feel insecure about your looks in the hall of the mall. Then they show you how the can 'fix' you with numerous really expensive products. I bought them. Came home and my roommate was aghast, and told me 'they were the biggest scammers in town and I needed to go back and get my money back!" I went back to the store and the manager would not even come out of the back office to talk to me -- funny how just yesterday he thought he was my BFF! The assistant told me to call corporate, which, needless to say was a nightmare. They would not easily refund me .... or talk with me.... what a horrible semi-criminal company! Do not shop here and do not get sucked into them! PS Their products didn't work! AT ALL!

The sales reps are desperate. I wish I had read the reviews of this place before I got talked into purchasing. BUY FROM AMAZON. If you really want to try it out, Amazon has the same products for $50. I was charged double that for each bottle lol

Such a scam.... don't fall for it. This guy literally grabbed my arm did a demo on my hand. 2 mins later he went behind the counter offering me items that were 300 plus free facial. He was ready to ring me up and I had to tell him firmly "NO! I did not say I was buying your products and walked out! Don't let them harrass you! Stay away from this store period!!! They are awfully pushy and will try anything to get you to buy their products!!!

My mom stopped for a sample and before we knew it we were sitting in a chair being demonstrated some gold infused scrub and moisturizer. We couldn’t buy it as it is very expensive but here comes Christmas I know what I will be putting under the tree for my mom. BTW the staff was very friendly and they gave as more samples as my mom really liked the cream.

I don’t really invest in skincare anymore, I’ve given up trying so many department store brands that never deliver on the promises they make.
Anyways, I was stopped by a handsome young man at the Orogold store and was told to “sit like a queen” he then applied “a drop of collagen” as he called it and to my surprise my wrinkles have all disappeared. Interesting enough the store offered this magic potion of some sort on a rather affordable price $399. Giovanni who claimed to be the manager was very professional and kept things interesting by introducing me to other luxurious products for the “next time”...well this Christmas will be the next time as I’m definitely going back for an LED machine. So let’s call him Santa Giovanni and let’s call OROGOLD my new favorite store at Bellevue Square.

My God, this store is expensive...but it is worth it!
I was stopped by Rocco as I was passing the shop, he kindly offered me a sample (Who doesn’t like free samples!), after inviting me inside the shop he introduced me to their products and I ended up buying an exfoliating gel and an eye serum-it was over $400 but I was gifted a free facial with the purchase.
Oh that facial was a real treat!-They drenched my skin with gold and used a device that was developed by NASA on my face... I was blown away by the results!
At the end of the session their skin care specialist offered me an item called Perfectio and it is identical to the device they used on my face-with some infra red and LED therapy something something-let’s just say MIRACLE!...my skin is transforming; my psoriasis is almost gone, wrinkles and spots are waving goodbye and my complexion is radiant...I’ve been getting so many compliments!
I used expensive skincare and was considering surgery...now I have OROGOLD and PERFECTIO and no pain just amazing skin...you get what you pay for,
5 star service and 5 star product!
Thank you Bellevue Square for housing such an amazing store! Wish I discovered this shop before!

I felt like I needed to take a shower after my encounter with your sales rep. His pitch reaked of desperation. He started by complimenting my jewelry, my face, my eyes.. and he kept lowering the price of the product with every firm no. Good product sells itself. You shouldn't have to beg and discount the product to get the sale.

If you want your skin to be like baby skin, call Miss Nor at Bellevue square Orogold. I was quarantine with 6month baby and couldn’t go to indoor shopping, Nor delivered my skin care at my house. I have been use Orogold for over 5years and love love. Thanks Nor ?

Last Christmas I was gifted by my fiancé OROGOLD Cosmetics! Let me just say their packaging was gorgeous! Super holiday vibes. When I opened the boxes I was shocked by how beautiful the bottles are! I loved how cute they made my bathroom counter look! I loved everything I got!!! I got the body scrub, the hand cream, the vitamin c face wash, the mousse face wash, the vitamin c serum, the multivitamin daily moisturizer, the multivitamin night cream, the 24k white gold daily moisturizer, the white gold night cream, the orogold 24k eye serum, the orogold eye cream. I loved every single one of the products! It was the ultimate Christmas gift! The smells of the lotion are incredible! And the glow of my skin is unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!! I am 32 y/o, I went to lunch with my bff and her younger friend who's 23 asked me, have you ever had Botox (I never ever have) I told her no, she honestly didn't believe me!!! I to this day have the eye serum and eye cream and have restocked on the vitamin c serum, 24k gold multivitamin moisturizer, and vitamin c face wash. I also go back and forth between the white gold daily moisturizer and the multivitamin daily moisturizer. Money well spent! My skin is literally gold now.

Rocco handed me a moisturizer sample at the door and I tried it, couldn’t resist from going back and purchase it. The store is a little expensive but also very upscale, one on one consultation, introduction to other products I could benefit from, and the face cream I purchased is amazing it makes my skin velvety soft.

At first I was a skeptic but just one try made me a forever believer of gold in my skincare...honestly I’m sure it’s also the other amazing ingredients like caviar, black pearls, plant stem cells, vitamins, etc but OROGOLD really delivers on their promise!
