Very helpful staff. Bought a nice 8000 amp jump starter. Got back to the camper opened it up and it was missing the DC charger. Went right back to the store and they didn't have another in stock so we comprised and they discounted it what it'll cost me to get a DC charger.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, lots of selection for vehicles. If they don't have it they can order it for you and usually it gets there within 1 - 2 days

Just walked into Store #2512, the one in Bellevue on 37th St SE. I didn't get greeted at all. I walked around the the store to find a part. Still no acknowledgement from the employee. So I asked, Sir can I get some help. He kept walking away from me and said "What do you want" without even looking at me. I asked if he was just going to keep on walking away from. He then turns around and says "I'm doing my job." Absolutely no customer service according O'REILLY company policy. Your supposed greet the customer within 5 steps into the door and asked how can I help you. I felt ignored, a bothersome to the employee, unwelcome. I think I'll find somewhere else that actually cares about their customer.

I had a terrible experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts at 15303 SE 37th St, Bellevue, WA 98006 that I feel compelled to share. I went in to purchase a new battery for my car and was "helped" by two knuckleheads who assured me they were giving me the correct battery. Unfortunately, their incompetence led to a disaster.
Not only did they sell me the wrong battery, but installing it caused significant damage to my vehicle, amounting to $1200 in repair costs. The car essentially blew every fuse when It was installed, leaving me facing an enormous repair bill.
When I returned to the store to explain the situation, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. The company refused to take responsibility for their mistake, leaving me to cover all the expenses out of pocket.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at O'Reilly's as well as the LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND ABSENT COMMUNICATION EFFICIENCY FROM THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR, Ulises Reyes.
Due to the lack of accountability from the staff I will never shop here again and urge others to be cautious when dealing with this store. If you value your vehicle and your wallet, go somewhere else!

I purchased a car battery at a different location yesterday, but it was too late for them to be able to assist me in installing it. I stopped by this location today, as I work nearby, and Joe was very kind and helpful with installing the battery for me at no charge. Sincerely appreciated!
