I contacted our local Office Depot to inquire about purchasing 16 chairs for our meeting room. I needed the chairs delivered and assembled and it was all taken care of with that one phone call. We are very happy with our beautiful and comfortable chairs and appreciate the great service we received.

I am Green Home Remodeling LLC Best Office Depot in Bellevue, Washington went to shopping 20 yrs pictures, business card , print pictures , print paper for business more staff so funs Greater park other Office Depot poor in Seattle 99 highway so full park no way find park i hate walking far 2 Stars not safe not beautiful on street .

Rude and horrible service. I was there to print and no one tried to help me. When i asked for help they say short staff. This lady “Elsa” said, “this is why you dont do your tax in last minute”, it is not her business to say to any customer seriously. I will never go back to this place. Don’t recommend it.

Ordered a print online and received email that my item was ready for pickup. When arrived, item was not in either pickup location and after standing in line, I had to ask the representative .. they found my order behind the counter but it was printed incorrectly and my only option was to wait until the next day for the print manager to be back in to explain why it was done wrong, cancel and refund the order ok thier end and then I would have to drive back the day after to receive the order printed correctly.

Over the past two years, I've shopped at Office Depot, Bellevue, a number of times over the past two years. The staff have aways been pleasant and helpful. About two weeks ago, I went there looking for printer ink and a connector cable for my printer. A young man, TJ, helped me. He was so pleasant, fast, and knowledgeable, juggling two (senior) customers at a time. Dealing with the IRS and a dead computer is no fun. But TJ was
a bright spot in my day. Thanks TJ!! Everything you helped me with worked out perfectly.

I am glad we have an office supply store left in Bellevue. The staff was helpful and they had exactly what I needed. I was looking for a USB flash drive and they had many options and price points.

while office depot had the product on the floor, they didn’t have in stock but guaranteed next day free delivery. and here begins the drama … they didn’t back up their guarantee and the customer service couldn’t even contact the local warehouse. ??
