1 star for service, 0 star for attitude of the staff :( Here for printing and ask for a service and some questions and seem like the staff don't want to talk to anyone.

Very disappointing - demeaning to customer, lack of customer and product supportI will not be going back. I opened an Office Depot-branded HP Printer cartridge that I bought recently and it was immediately was rejected by the printer as "not an HP cartridge. " I brought the cartridge back to Office Depot Issaquah where I bought it when I had the time, along with some older cartridges from the same printer that I wanted to recycle. I expected this would be no problem. The clerk was clueless. He said that if it was purchased more than a month before, there was nothing he could do. I pointed out that the box says "100% Guarantee performance tested" and there was no "30 day purchase time limit" on it. Besides, I bought several cartridges at the same time (who doesn't? So you have one when the one you're using runs out always at the worst possible time!) The manager, Kyle came over and then, seeing all the cartridges, had the nerve to ask, "Did you buy the right cartridges for this printer? You know the printer takes very specific cartridges...!" Yup that's the approach! Of course, the customer is stupid. It's always the idiot customer's fault. That's a great starting point! I wonder how the other IDENTICAL cartridges that I used all worked but gee, this one didn't. Hey, maybe it WAS the wrong cartridge even though it's got the IDENTICAL model number as the others that worked, huh?! Hey, that would mean it's STILL Office Depot's fault for mislabeling!!! Then I stood in disbelief as he said, "We can't accept a return once it's been opened anyway." "Are you kidding me??? How the heck would I know it doesn't work unless I opened it and put it in the printer?!?!?!?" At this point he walked away and to deal with some other customer and I was left with the clueless clerk, who though marginally sympathetic, couldn't/wouldn't do anything except say he could get me a number I could call and ask for some kind of receipt as they don't have any records past 30 days anyway (it was about 50 days) and I could see if "they" would do something. What, he didn't know. While I was waiting for something to happen, I noticed a 1-800 number under the box under "100% guarantee" and I called it. Unbelievably, I got someone in about 2 minutes, told him the issue, he said, "no problem, we'll send you out a new one tomorrow first thing," and took my information. The clerk came back with some other number which I now didn't need. As I left, the manager shouted out something from the other end of the store and I said, "Your corporate office knows what to do and took care of it..." and left.THAT was the customer service I expect at Office Depot! Fortunately, the corporate Office Depot understood its own policy and customer service and guarantees more than this branch.I will not be going back to that store again. Clueless. Insulting. Time-Wasting. Unhelpful.

I love going and printing to this place. They greet their customers respectfully each time and always asks you if you need any help. I love their employees they are always helpful and professional. And their managers are just so amazing and attentive! Thank you so much!!

The worst service they try to charge for everything 1 bw label was $2.50 just for an employee to do his job can't pay with cash you gotta slide a credit card I will not goto this store chain ever again cuz I month ago I got regular service but today they said it's policy since November 2020

Customer service has improved so much since last year! In the past several weeks, I've been greeted and asked if I've needed assistance as soon as I walked in the front door, as well as needing assistance as soon as I've paid. Tommy is such a friendly associate, and I'm happy to see when he's there because I know he'll step up to the plate; as well as the others judging from my last few experiences. Not to mention, the store looks great and clean.Keep up the great work!
