The most knowledgeable, comfortably persistent and helpful sales people are at the Bell-Square Oakley. I bought two pairs of glasses the evening of 8/29/24 (Thursday) from a guy and gal. I will return to that store to buy my sunglasses. I wish i would have gotten their names

I had NINE models of sunglasses picked out, from the Oakley website, to try on when I went into the store. They had ZERO of them in stock! One of the associates seem to not even know where they were. The other associate was semi helpful. I don’t typically give poor ratings. I try to be fair. This was a fairly underwhelming experience however. I didn’t order the glasses I wanted because I wanted to see them in person. For a store to carry so few models of their product is disappointing. If stores want everybody to shop online, they are doing a good job showing as much.

I have been an Oakley customer since the early 90's. Having made purchases at several of their stores across several states, I can say he staff at the Bellevue store was very friendly and attentive. I drive to the store from Tacoma even though there is one store closer to me. Keep up the great work.

My fiancé and I had excellent service at the Oakley store in Bellevue Square. Greg Parsons, an optician, along with his teammate, Keely, were super helpful in our search for both prescription sunglasses and regular/non-prescription stylish eyewear. They answered all of our questions and found us trendy/sporty/durable eyewear to use on sunny days and while golfing. We look forward to getting regular prescription eye glasses at this store in the future! Thank you again!

The Bell-Square location is amazing! I needed prescription, transition bi-focal, polarized lenses on some athletic/golf frames and they knocked it outta the park! From show room to in-house optometrist, they had me in & out in no time! Highly recommend.

I received some Oakley items as gifts that didn't fit me as well as some that I already had but wanted more of. I had boxes but no receipts and didn't know the names or models of anything. Keely and Edgar figured out what this clueless guy needed to leave happy and then made it happen.
Need REALLY good sunglasses? Buy them here and make sure to say "hi" to Edgar and Keely.

This store is great! Always make sure I try to come here every time I make a visit to Bellevue Square. Not only is Cece awesome but the rest of the staff is great and always helpful.
I always try to make my purchases in-store but since it is not a flagship store (sadly) I have to make purchases online and most of the time I have it ship to the store and I pick them up when they arrive. This has always been a 100/10 experience.
That being said, during my most recent visit, it was a nice surprise when I found out this store had the 13.11's (limited edition sunglasses) given it is not a "flagship store". Which I bought day of ??. Bellevue has the potential to be that, especially w Cece at the helm! Oakley just has to give the good stuff when it drops to the Bellevue store. The clientele in the area is always willing to spend good money.

Greg Parsons was awesome! He helped me find new eye glasses and sunglasses. He explained what transition glasses were good for and put it in a why that related to me, like if I wanted to read a book outside it would be good to have and what polarization is really good for vs what people think. I walked out of the store happy with my purchase and the information received. Samuel Friesen helped me see if the sunglasses I wanted came in polar format and checked me out for those. Great all the way around. Thank you!
