Worst online shopping experience! My package was delivered to the wrong address and they refused to get a refund.

Every time I've gone there, the customer service has been great. Prices are like any other place. Fitting room small, but decent size/able to move in there to try on clothes. Dislike the fact the mirror is out in the middle of fitting room (just my own comfort thing). Other than that overall good experience each time!

Horrible place to shop. all of the Staff / employees there were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional.
