Horrible experience. I asked for a zip up hoodie and they said they have none. I found three different options in 5 minutes. Then, I waited on the empty checkout line - 3 clerks were at the registers and all of them ignored me. One walked away, one kept chatting with a customer, and the third went to help someone that came on line behind me. None of them acknowledged my existence or said something like - “It will be a minute”.
So I put back my purchase and left empty handed; the experience was the epitome of one star.

Nike’s obsession with these “athletic” shoes is simply outrageous. How am I supposed to sip my artisanal espresso and discuss modern art while wearing something so hopelessly ordinary? It's utterly baffling!
