Went for an online return and was met with a rude and passive aggressive sales associate. I assume he was this way because I didn’t want to look at a pair of shoes he thought I’d be interested in. I was there for a return and nothing else. All the other associates seemed approachable and nice. This guy was far from that.

Just came buy to buy new shoes we ask to try size 8 on black color when she arrive with the pair she brought back a BLUE COLOR ON SIZE 9 And we told her this is the wrong shoes and she keep saying to us is the same shoe well moving forward we ask if she has a pair of socks and she gave us SOCKS ? THAT IS VERY SMELL AND DIRTY honestly for the amount of $160 that we spend that is not worth it the customer service we felt terrible

they didn't really have as much shoes varietys there but the one in canada near Walmart has alot more!

I was helped by Leland. Super friendly and knowledgeable guy. He helped me find the perfect fit by bringing out multiple sizes for me and talked to me about the different shoes. I ended up leaving with a pair even more comfortable than the ones I came in for.

Just got some basketball shoes at the Bellevue New Balance store and it was a fantastic experience. Jackson was very attentive and professional. Jackson knows his shoes and is very knowledgeable. He had great recommendations, but was never pushy. He really cares about his customers!

The nicest employees with excellent customer service. Jackson helped us find a shoe that worked well for my husband. He was attentive, offered many options that would work for my husband’s specific foot type and explained the differences between the shoes.I accidentally spilled water and they were so reassuring that it was fine and took care of it.Would 10/10 recommend this store, especially for the customer service.

Limited collection of shoes. The large blocks inside the shoes make it difficult for customers to explore the merchandise. Make displayed items easily accessible and explorable!

Kevin, the store manager was absolutely fantastic in helping my husband and I pick out the perfect pair of shoes and insoles. We were there for about 90 mins and he gave us his undivided attention! He was also very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the different features and styles while not pushing anything. Would highly recommend!
