After two weeks of almost constant upheaval and problems primarily with email, Steven came to my home and did a full system tuneup, brought my blood pressure back to normal and got me on the road to a full recovery. He answered all my questions in language that I could understand but still with a high-level of knowledge and professionalism that assured me I was getting my moneys worth with every minute. Great communication ahead of my visit. Then when I got there Jake diagnosed the problem in a jiffy and was able to fix the loose charging ports while I waited. After spending hours trying to figure out why my camera wasn’t working, then having my daughter, who works at Microsoft come to see if she could fix it and still not working, I called Nerds To Go. They responded quickly and I scheduled an appointment. They were prompt and efficient and within one minute of looking at my laptop, my camera was fixed much to my embarrassment. I didn’t know there was a slider at the top of my laptop that turns the camera on/off. I left happily left with no charge. I would highly recommend Nerds To Go.

Screen replacement for Dell laptop - everything is back to normal, with no additional work from me. Just had to pin a few tabs to the browser window. You guys are like that commercial slogan: How do you make what happened look like it never happened, happen? Nerds To Go, that’s how! Being a 70-ish casual user, I was a bit nervous leaving the laptop for a few days with "nerds" 1/2 my age. But the entire process was painless, and I was kept apprised of status as needed.
