There is never enough tellers during the afternoon rush. The only Financial Center open in downtown Bellevue post and during COVID.

The tellers are lovely people. The person that walks around with an iPad asking if they can help me while the line is 9-10 people long and then tells me I need to wait in line needs to stop. How about putting down the iPad and getting behind the counter and take care of the people on a first come, first serve basis.

Compare to other BOA in Bellevue this one is my lest favourite one. cashiers and bankers are always rushing you and rude.
