FACTORIA STORE CLOSING get jut to 90% off tomorrow. It's some clothes and like miscellaneous home stuff. Not really worth the trip over at this point. Happy Bargain hunting!!! Today I walked out with Monopoly and some infant clothes.

i call customer service and ask if i can return an "online purchase" to a store and the lady says "YES" .. i go in and wait 30 dag gone minutes in a slow moving return line only to find out it was a "third-party seller" and is therfore non returnable to store ,,i have to mess with subsidiary vendor! thanks for nothin! i notice this lady had a " frozen " elsa piggy bank on counter,, maybe instead they should have an elsa the potatoe-head piggy bank,, and stop giving out mis-nomer info to waste peoples time and energy

Worst curbside pick up experience ever. The phone number on the sign is not valid. I called the store and no answer.

Terrible location to say the least. I ordered a canvas online that should have been available next day & when I get to the location there are 3 workers that are not even in the photo dept (their words) that couldn't figure out how to print the picture . After about 30-45 mins later one of them figured it out .. but once that was done, they were not able to get in into a canvas, because they were not trained in that dept. (Their words) so this location pretty much sticks their workers anywhere & by doing that they can not provide good customer experience seeing as though they can't assist with what is needed. Then to top it off. They NEVER answer their phones!! It's sickening. It should never take SEVERAL calls to get ahold of them. By far the worst experience I've had at a Walmart. I did speak with a manager who was really nice & said she'd negotiate a discount , so when I go pick up my canvas I hope she keeps her word!!

Store was clean and stocked as good as it could be due to bad weather and not many semi's getting thru the passes to deliver the goods. But the string of derelict rv's & cars parked alongside se 41st was ugly. Felt sorry for the neighborhood.

I ordered Holiday photo greeting cards. When i came to pick them up on Tuesday 12/28/21, amazingly, i was EVENTUALLY told that because of short handedness, NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO RETRIEVE MY ITEMS AND I WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY! I was shocked. There is no communication to customers or within the organization at the Walmart in Bellvue, WA. I received the order is ready email 12/26/21. When i arrived on Tuesday, the sign on the kiosk said to ring doorbell which i did with no response several times. I asked the clerk at the counter who then peered into the door but no one was there so he phoned several times with no response and so he said to wait until somebody shows up. Eventually I asked for a manager who then revealed that NO ONE was coming because there was a lack of staff and I woulld have to come back another day! There was another clerk who did sort of try to be helpful. She said maybe a certain employee could help but the P.A. system didn't work! So i would just have to wait until that employee showed up! Or come back another day! I did wait a while more but gave up and took the long drive thru the snow back home. It would have been too late for New Years Card to send later.

Terrible ass service. I was trying to get sum new jewelry from the locked case and asked an employee to unlock it and he went over to the phone and then didn't get back to me. We continued to ask multiple other employees who ignored our requests and weren't any help we waited for like 30 mf minutes. I AM ENRAGED. NEVER COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN

Was in Walmart Factoria this morning. Came out and a tire were slashed. No parking lot security. Had to get a tow truck to change the tire, drive to the store where I bought the tire. Cost me a day and $$$$ Will never be back.
