I have been going to Milestone PT for a year now. Keely is so knowledgable, considerate and professional. She is the best PT I have ever seen. I have a deteriorating neck neckYou feel well cared for there, and she is such a dog lover! Her assistants are very well trained and she has her whole gym running like a precision clock!

Keely and her team run a wonderful physical therapy office. I received high quality care in a friendly and relaxed environment. Keely’s knowledge and expertise are evident in how she treats her clients and how she trains her assistants. I felt like I was part of the family!

Keely is one of the kindest, most caring people I’ve ever met. She is a perfectionist and passionate about her work. Her team is exceptional as well, because she looks for those with talent AND good character. I originally saw Keely for a sprained neck, and after just one visit had immediate pain relief. I continued to see her during my pregnancy and had an incredibly smooth, quick delivery that I attribute to seeing Keely all throughout. I am now six months post partum and had a much easier recovery than I did with my first, which I also attribute to Keely and her team. I am feeling great, pain-free, and should I have an injury or muscular pain in the future, this will always be my first choice, as long as they’re around! Thank you so much to Keely and her team!

Keely and her team offer incredible care and attention. I’ve been seeing her for chronic issues from a car accident, and they always help to ease and relieve the pain. It is an open practice, but it’s not just a business- it is a community and family. The doggies are an added bonus. I am grateful to Keely and the Milestone team!

I cannot even begin to express how amazing Milestone is. My whole family has used them. I developed serious and painful back problems about 10 weeks ago. I tried going to a chiropractor who also offered low grade Physical Therapy. 2 months in, I was better but still in great pain every week. After 4 sessions with Keely and her amazing staff, I'm actually walking upright. I no longer have shooting pains down my legs. And this is all without spinal cracking, neck twisting and other things that lead to long term arthritis. I am a different person physically thanks to Milestone! I cannot brag enough!

Keely is very sweet and caring! You can tell she is a great role model for her PT Aides. She does use aides, so often the treatment is split between Keely and her trained staff. She seems to genuinely care about her patients. Please be aware she has dogs, if you're an early morning riser this is the place for you and her staff prefers texting for any changes to scheduling. If that all works for you, then this is the right place! Especially if you appreciate a friendly staff. :)

Worst PT I have ever been to. HER DOGS BIT ME!!! more than once, and all she did was baby talk them... Keely made my pains far worse, and treated me like a child. I Picked specific appointment times that fit best with my schedule, yet every week she would tell me to come in earlier. She would start calling and texting and leaving voicemails for me at 5 am and would spam me until I answered. Kelly was very unprofessional talking about her expensive house and talked down to her patients and her loyal PT aids. will NEVER recommend, and told my DR these concerns.

Lovely staff, great atmosphere and very clean. My better half found Milestone online when I needed therapy for a slipped disc and the staff have been nothing but excellent. I highly recommend this clinic.

I've had a lot of physical therapy in about 5 or 6 locations over my years, most of it in Bellevue at various physical therapy clinics. I was referred to this location, Milestone Physical Therapy, by my doctor after I expressed discontent with the previous PT office I had gone to. I am so Impressed with the ambience of the office, the friendliness of all staff, the comfortable environment, the quality of equipment and the caring and effective approach. There is no rushing through an exercise routine in 50 minutes then sending me out the door.Both Megan and Keeley are so aware of all my movements, correcting my exercise movements to insure maximum effectiveness and whether I am comfortable no matter where I am in the room. They are on top of everything with every patient. It's a delight to go and especially feeling better through their skilled treatment. Thank you MPT!!

Keely and her team helped relieve the hip pain I was having, and I no longer needed to consider surgery as a mean to maintain my daily activities. After the first few visits, I felt great pain relief and was able to sleep at night. Keely is very knowledgeable, creative, and pleasant. The clinic environment is friendly and relaxing. Her adorable puppies add a charm and positive atmosphere to the healing process of the patients. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is struggling with pain!

I was referred by a friend and never regret my decision. Keely and her team are super awesome and very caring! I have numbness and pain in my left arm and can't sleep on my left side and on my back. After having therapies there I feel so much better now and can sleep on all sides. Looking forward to full recovery with continued therapies there.

I have been going here for over 8 months. I had a hemmoraghic stroke that left my right side paralyzed. I was recommended by several co-workers who have had amazing results with their injury recovery. I came to them initially while in a wheelchair with very weak right arm and leg. Through the therapy sessions I went from wheelchair to walking slowly with a cane to now walking without a cane. I am truly grateful for Keely and her team who are very attentive and understand what it takes to get me back on my feet again. They not only help you through physical therapy, but educate you through each step so you understand why you're doing something and how it will help you improve. I am thankful and blessed to have seen so much improvements in my once paralyzed right arm and leg with Keely and her team's help. This place is wonderful from what they do to who they are - their goal is to help you get better and they work with you (and push you) to achieve your goals. I am looking forward to continuing my progess with Milestone Physical Therapy's help.
