I stopped in to find out if I needed a little buff out or a body shop from a little scrape in the parking lot. Lee checked it and said he could make it a lot better but maybe not perfect. They did a quick clean and polish and got it looking great. I was very happy with the result. While I was waiting I signed up for an exterior detail, paint correction and ceramic finish. I can't wait to see it after the detail. Good people, clean shop and lots of expertise.

Extreme attention to detail. Price/product transparency is part of their modus operandi. Good communication throughout the work process. They hadn't done such a modern angular car such as mine, but seriously you cannot tell that I even have this product on the car and I have a matt finish in Galaxy Gold. AMAZING! Good job, people! Working on headlight, I messed with one.I drove by Metropolitan Detail and they immediately took my car , provided a free courtesy vehicle, and the day after I was able to pick up my car with the headlights fixed and protected by PPF.They were absolutely customer friendly and professional.Service: Headlight polishing

Great experience! I did a CQuartz and full glassparency for my fairly new car, and it came out great! The whole process was really smooth. The email communication was quick and precise. Dropping off and picking up was really easy, just about 10 mins in the morning, didn't really interfere with anything. It was raining when I picked up the car, and I immediately felt the difference with glassparency--I can see my side mirrors clearly and the windshield wipers are much less needed! I'd highly recommend this to anyone in the PNW area. I'm very happy to see my car in such great shape!

I was first referred to them from a gentleman who works at the Tesla store in Bellevue. He said they are the ones. I first called them and inquired, and was pleasantly surprised by how informative and helpful Lee was. He first took the time to understand my goals with my new car, what I value and don't, before recommending a service. Throughout the whole process of quotes and email and different services up until the time we drop off our car and for a free loaner car! All the way up to when we picked up the car. Lee was very responsive to every email I sent and quick to answer any questions.They are professional, simple, and reasonably priced. I was in good hands and greatly appreciate their professionalism and simplified approach. When I asked about maintenance of my car thereafter, they didn't have a million different products they used. They had one that they use and recommended using that was held to a logical standard.Great company, great service, great team members! For reference I took in a 2023 Model Y to get frontal paint protection. Thanks!

The team of reps at this shop are truly iconic. I brought in my car after some damage on my PPF and ceramic coating. It actually pierced through and onto my cars paint.The somehow made my care look BETTER than when I picked it up from BMW. I custom ordered and picked out everything about my 22' X4 - So I am extremely picky when work is done on it. (they're probably well aware) - but this is actually flawless. I've attached a photo from when I picked it up today! A BIG thank you to Lee and his team. As well as Jamar for being so helpful and knowledgeable about the process! Jamar also got along so well with my little pup (her butt is photo'd) while I was picking it up and paying for their services. So, bonus points for that!

I had a great experience! Everyone who works there is passionate about the service and it could not have gone better.My car was taken in to be wrapped in protection film and ceramic coated.During the consultation, they gave me expert recommendations and made sure to be very clear about what work was going to be done and what to expect.I used the free car loan service and can report that the experience was pain-free. The Kia Soul was very clean and well-maintained. I would liken the process to a friend who is letting you borrow their car.The work was done within the estimated time frame, but they offered to keep it one extra day as I could not provide an adequate space for my car while the products were curing. I was extremely appreciative and it's great that they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure the end result was protected!I would recommend Metropolitan Detail to anyone who cares about their car and prefers working with consummate professionals who are willing to stand behind their work!Service: Auto detailing

Great customer service and communication. Dropped off my Tesla in the morning in exchange for their loaner car (a very clean and usable Kia Soul). I picked up my well-groomed car at end of the day. Every surface was seemingly cleaned. Because of my work schedule, I had to make arrangements ahead of time for dropping off and picking up the car and they were more than accommodating. The staff was exceptional in greeting me and getting me checked in. I am very picky about my gloss black Volvo and absolutely fearful of swirled paint. When I went to pick up my car, I was ecstatic. The paint is flawless. I took it for an exterior detail but they went above and beyond and thoroughly cleaned the interior too! Highly recommended!Service: Auto detailing
