I had a oil leaking issue and went to the shop without an appointment. They quickly made adjustments to their schedule, identified the problem and fixed, without any charge. Friendly and professional. Recommended!

The guys at Metropolitan Detail are great to work with. This is a high end place that takes their time and performs quality work. I was recommended a 20% ceramic window tint on my ZL1 and I couldn’t be happier. It’s not too dark where it’ll draw attention, but not transparent enough to see inside. They do an excellent job with PPF and ceramic coatings as well. Highly recommend.

LOOK NO FURTHER
There is zero question that these folks are some of the best in the area. I visited to this location and noticed some exotics being restored and an extremely clean shop. Good signs at a detail shop.
When i was inquiring about my service, i had very detailed questions and Charles and Lee were both extremely knowledgeable and accommodating.
I am usually a DIY detailer and have developed pickiness over the years. I did not select the restoration package i should have but was still blown away by the thorough work and attention to detail. My expectations were shattered to say the least.
The loaner was a huge plus so it was not at all even an inconvenience for me to drop my car off all day in the morning and swing by after work.

I stopped in to find out if I needed a little buff out or a body shop from a little scrape in the parking lot. Lee checked it and said he could make it a lot better but maybe not perfect. They did a quick clean and polish and got it looking great. I was very happy with the result. While I was waiting I signed up for an exterior detail, paint correction and ceramic finish. I can't wait to see it after the detail. Good people, clean shop and lots of expertise.

Extreme attention to detail. Price/product transparency is part of their modus operandi. Good communication throughout the work process. They hadn't done such a modern angular car such as mine, but seriously you cannot tell that I even have this product on the car and I have a matt finish in Galaxy Gold. AMAZING! Good job, people! Working on headlight, I messed with one.I drove by Metropolitan Detail and they immediately took my car , provided a free courtesy vehicle, and the day after I was able to pick up my car with the headlights fixed and protected by PPF.They were absolutely customer friendly and professional.Service: Headlight polishing

Great experience! I did a CQuartz and full glassparency for my fairly new car, and it came out great! The whole process was really smooth. The email communication was quick and precise. Dropping off and picking up was really easy, just about 10 mins in the morning, didn't really interfere with anything. It was raining when I picked up the car, and I immediately felt the difference with glassparency--I can see my side mirrors clearly and the windshield wipers are much less needed! I'd highly recommend this to anyone in the PNW area. I'm very happy to see my car in such great shape!

I was first referred to them from a gentleman who works at the Tesla store in Bellevue. He said they are the ones. I first called them and inquired, and was pleasantly surprised by how informative and helpful Lee was. He first took the time to understand my goals with my new car, what I value and don't, before recommending a service. Throughout the whole process of quotes and email and different services up until the time we drop off our car and for a free loaner car! All the way up to when we picked up the car. Lee was very responsive to every email I sent and quick to answer any questions.They are professional, simple, and reasonably priced. I was in good hands and greatly appreciate their professionalism and simplified approach. When I asked about maintenance of my car thereafter, they didn't have a million different products they used. They had one that they use and recommended using that was held to a logical standard.Great company, great service, great team members! For reference I took in a 2023 Model Y to get frontal paint protection. Thanks!
