Visited this store to become a new customer, was told that I’m not eligible for a specific offer, and I was given no specific details even after asking. This store has been not so customer friendly and I felt rude behavior. As a customer who spent time and energy to go to the store, I am entitled to get answer as to what is the policy and why a customer is not eligible.Hope they will learn how to be friendly with customers and maintain transparency with policies.

I bought a phone here. After 6 days, I brought it to this store to change it, because gps does not work in this phone. The store employee tested it and saw this strip. But the worker refused to change or take this phone back. After that, I move to another company. I do not recommend this store to anyone! In no case!

Whatever you do, do not use Metro pcs. My husband and i went to Mexico and paid for the Mexico /Canada service. When we got to Mexico neither of our phones worked. After the first day my husband’s phone started working. Mine never did. After almost an hour in their understaffed store and 3 phone calls to customer support while in Mexico my phone does not work. Now a supervisor tells me that they cannot help me and there is no technical support team. What cell company in this day and age does not have technical support ??? We will be changing cell companies. Ridiculously incompetent.Well, just when I thought it couldn't get any worse it did. I returned from Mexico only to find they charged me for the service they did not provide and assured me had been removed. So I called customer service again only to be told that a refund could not happen until the end of March and that my "plan" cannot even have international service. This is very strange since it was all set up in one of their store YEARS ago and my billing history proves it. I would suggest you retrain your employees, especially customer service employees so ALL your employees know what they are talking about. Searching for a new carrier!
