The other employee called me "my man" and I told him it's offensive but he has never apologized
I was about to give this store a bad rating until I met Rafael...I'm being very honest
There's a bit more I can say about the other employee if the owner wants to know more

3/18/24 So it turns out the refurbished modem I purchased was faulty and the internet kept shutting off repeatedly. In order to get a new one I would need to wait 5 days.
Increasing my rating from one star to three stars because the clerk had to work really hard to get the exchange to go through and not cost me extra money. If this modem works well I'll increase my rating.
3/12/24 Service is way too slow. You should drive to a different store if you have the time to.
The Burien store is great that's where I was going to go but I just happened to be in Bellevue.
Next time I will follow my instincts.

Someone made 2 fraudulent charges out of my checking account to t-mobile, and it wasn't me. I already reversed the charges, but t-mobile won't answer the phone and talk to me about it.
