I was getting alerts to check my right mirror turn signal on my Mercedes C300 for months. After speaking with the Mercedes-Benz dealership, I was quoted $300. I went to the Mercedes Garage at Park Place LTD and the service advisor Shabi took a look at my car and fixed it in 15 minutes free of charge! Turns out a wire was unplugged, but I'm still so glad I went here instead of the dealership. Great place in terms of automotive knowledge, professionalism, and convenience!

Friendly advisor, did my requests as I asked for. She did go beyond and gave some information on my car, like what to expect in the future and what to watch for. Will go back if I need a service.

I went there for a pre-purchase inspection of two vehicles. They were able to find major issues with one of them, which likely had an unreported accident but I would have never noticed. The other one had a few minor issues, but overall seemed fine. Shabi, the service advisor who was giving me the rundown of the inspection results, was very helpful. She explained she had worked at dealerships before and she knew how many operated and what things could be negotiated at which. Using this information, I was able to get my dealership to address all the issues and in the process ended up saving more money than I spent on both inspections.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I took two Mercedes cars for a pre purchase inspection. Shabi, the service advisor, was amazing. She has experience working at dealerships and also knows how they operate since she has gone over so many inspections. She was able to give me tips on what I could expect to negotiate at which dealerships and what I should ask for. The mechanics were also very knowledgeable and found serious issues with one of the cars that I could not have detected myself. I actually ended up saving money using the advice I received to get the other dealer to replace parts, and I avoided getting a clean-carfax-but-actually-very-damaged car.

My 1973 450SL is 50 years old, and there is no other place I'd take it to than Mercedes Garage at Park Place. Handing over the keys for this little gem is never easy, but I'd never met Shabi before. So caring, so curious, so PASSIONATE about cars, I was blown away by this superstar Park Place hired to take care of their Mercedes customers. Shabi was pumped to see the 73 Benz, telling me how excited the recently-certified-on-classics technician was to look under the hood. She told me how we're going to communicate together (what?!?!) and I left like I just loaned the car to my best friend. The work was great, car was clean and it drove home like it owned the roads like it did in the 1970s. Thanks Shabi and the great techs at Mercedes Garage!

I've been taking my car here for years. Adam was awesome and always knowledgeable and awesome customer service calling with regular reliable updates. The past two weeks have me in disbelief. New service manager and it was been like pulling teeth to get any updates, not to mention a call returned. It took three business days (6 calendar due to holiday weekend) to get it looked at and an estimate, then another 4 business days (6 calendar)to get it repaired. Two weeks with out a car isn't cheap or easy and it really felt like there was no priority or sense of urgency to help my situation. Disappointed and will have to take my business elsewhere.

Just picked up my car but was hugely surprised and disappointed that its MB B1 service doesn't include Brake Fluid Exchange, which is required by any B1 service maintenance schedule and provided by any provider. The service advisor was pretty friendly in the entire process, and that was what I heard from my friend who referred me to this place and the reason I went to them for services. I think Mercedez Garage should really clarify upfront what it includes for the B1 service because Brake Fluid Exchange is one of the key components of the B1 services.

I had an excellent experience with Park Place Auto Salon, and in particular with Shabi Soliamani who was my point of contact for the MB garage. I needed some exterior trim pieces replaced on an older G Class, and had already been turned down by a few of locations (including AutoNation MB of Bellevue) because of the age of the vehicle and the headaches that old, rusted hardware can bring. Park Place stepped up to the challenge and delivered a home run with a short turn-around and a very reasonable price. I have a few facelift trim updates I am considering, and will absolutely contact Shabi before even considering anyone else.

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. Adam, the owner and operator, really deserves these 5 star ratings for always going above and beyond on customer service. Over the many years that I've had my car, I fell out of love with it. Whenever I brought it into the shop, he breathed new life into it, and I felt the nostalgia of the day that I drove off the lot with it. It was always detailed nicely and ran like new!

Great facility and service. I went there for a service B which dealer charges five times more expensive. Very reasonable price and even better faculty to work with. JB was friendly, patient and informative. Work was done in a timely manner and they gave me free rides, cleanings and checkups. I highly recommend this place.

Been to this shop twice for regular maintenance services. First time was ok. Nothing specific to catch my eyes. Second time was terrible. Some parts were completely ignored yet charged me for full service. Not going back.
