Worse staffing ever seen. A lady that works their and pre visit me before DR that never showed up was very rude. There was not any communication and updates regarding DR that never showed up . They kept me 30 minutes in a room without telling me DR is going to be late . I had to stepped out and asked. Not recommend it.

I don’t recommend this place. Receptionist ‘Sarah’ gave me so much attitude the moment I stepped in the establishment. Her tone was very belittling so I decided to leave if I was going to be treated like that throughout my compression fitting. (also they have a mandatory mask sign on their front door, but the receptionist was not wearing a mask throughout our whole conversation.) I recommend PMSI if you need a fitting, they were more than welcoming to me.

You do have to make an appointment because of Covid. I found the people there to be lovely and helpful. I like the fact that they submitted paperwork to my insurance company, I did not need to pay money upfront. Yes I would recommend them.

Place is horrible. I called one day and the lady who does the measurement was out. She told me to come back the next day. The next day I went and the lady was there who does the measurement said it will be an hour in half wait because they have people who made appointments. I said oh the lady yesterday didn't mention I had to make appointments. She said you don't but when people make appointments they are priority. What sense does that make. You guys should make everyone make an appointment. So I asked about other places and she told me two places and gave me my prescription. She wasn't concern of losing a new customer who could have turn into a loyal customer. Don't go to this place. Worst ever.

I have lymphedema and was referred to this place by my doctor. I was seen quickly for my customs measured stocking and the staff is lovely.

Recently, I had complete knee replacement operation and as part of my therapy to keep the swelling down I need full leg compression stocking. I live near Bellevue and looked up online who sold these types of compression devices. I needed to get measured and fitted. The first place I found had moved to Renton and did not want to drive there to get them. I found Martin Medical, which is very close to Overlake Hospital, so I made an appointment to get measured and get my required item. The measurement took about 3 minutes just to get the size. The results were then looked up on chart and a size was selected. After few minutes the Jobst product was brought out and I was given a quick tutorial on how put them on and how to clean them. Because I have insurance, I was told that Martin Medical would process the claim and then send me a bill. Well here is the breakdown The total bill was $215.00 insurance paid $43.00 leaving a balance of $172.00. I go online and look for the exact same compression hose and find the list price of $107.00, the sales price is $93.20, so I called Martin Medical and want an explanation if why I was being billed $65.00 over the List Price from the web. The explanation I received from Martin Medical was that the were recovering their cost of measuring me for the correct fit and all but 3 minutes worth of work does not constitute a price tag of $215.00. They would not do anything to rectify the situation, nor did they offer any solution to the exorbitant overcharge. Needless to say, I would never go back to this place for any medical supplies.

Wife got compression stockings from here, primarily on their insistence that it should be covered by insurance. When we found out it wasn't (and rarely is), their tone suddenly changed and they told us to take it up with the insurance company, then sent us a document that says when you buy something from here you agree to a carefully worded legal form that says no ifs, ands or buts, you pay the full list price. Then we found that the internet sells these for half the price.
It's interesting because when it comes to quasi-medical things one tends to rely on the provider/seller for information, but here it just means you're stuck with whatever they charge.
Avoid.

I've been seeing the providers at Martin Medical for two years and have been extremely impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to work with me on scheduling appointments. The custom made compression stockings I've received have been the absolute best I've ever gotten and have greatly improved my condition. This is a fantastic organization and I highly recommend them!!
