I asked them to look at an unusual piece of mine, they did and even cleaned it up so nicely! It was corroded and tarnished when I brought it in, and shiny when I got it back. I wish I had taken a before picture so everyone could see the stunning transformation.

John produces great jewelry which he had restored my mother's pendant. I went to other jewelry places and they wouldn't even touch it.John made a beautiful pendant for my sister-in-law out of my father's gold flakes, my husband's garnets he and his siblings found when they were small children and intertwined it all together.I took my girlfriend there and John was able to finalize her handcrafted ring to the tee.John is very personable and caring. I highly recommend Marci Jewelry!

My Fiancé and I were wanting to design my wedding ring and was referred to Marci Jewelry but decided to work with a different Jewelry store. After several weeks going through the design of my ring I approved it. When I got it, they missed the mark on several of the details and I was not happy with it like I should have been. Because I lost confidence in that Jewelry store I took the ring to John at Marci Jewelry. He immediately saw the flaws and understood what I had repeatedly communicated to the previous and while somewhat limited because he wasn’t starting from scratch, he had some great ideas how to fix it. I popped in yesterday to see the progress and was thrilled!!!! He said he has a couple more hours of work to finalize it and would have it done in the next day or so. I loved what he had already done to fix it and can’t wait to see the finished results. I am very impressed, more than thrilled and just wish we had gone to Marci Jewelry first!!! I know to fix it was challenging but John worked his magic and I know I am going to be extremely happy with my ring and maybe even more than what I had in mind when I designed it. I highly recommend Marci Jewelry, don’t make the mistake I did and go somewhere else first!!!

There is a reason why they have all 5 stars ratings. The whole process of selling gold was so quick and easy. John is an amazing guy and he is very transparent about everything. He makes sure that you understand what your jewelry is worth and also shared what their profit margin is going to be. 5 stars for just his honesty. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to sell your jewelry.

Marci has our loyalty for life. They have treated us SO well over the years, from selecting and designing engagement rings, to restoring family heirlooms. Every time I’m on the east side, I pop in for a free ring cleaning. At this point, Marci is our exclusive jeweler. Incredible service, selection, and staff!

I found Marci jewelry through good reviews and they’re about to get another good review! The store is small, well appointed. The staff are friendly and. knowledgeable. I had two of my mother’s old rings that no one in my family wanted (rings are not of today’s styles) so I thought I’d sell them. John made the transaction very easy. John and his staff made me feel welcome and I feel I got a good return for the rings. Should I have a need for a jeweler in the future, Marci ‘s is the jeweler I will go to. I would give them five out of five stars.!

I had a wonderful experience at Marci jewelry. John and the rest of the team were incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I checked out a few other jewelry stores and none came even close to providing the level of customer service at Marci’s. The end result was a beautiful engagement ring!

Worked with John Sr on consignment & selling my least used jewelry. It was a relaxed, fair, educational experience. Will return with more pieces. In the past have had them do repairs which were perfectly done and after cleaning looked brand new. I highly recommend them .

We have worked with Marci Jewelry in Bellevue several times over the last several years. The staff has has been enthusiastic about projects I’ve brought to them for an anniversary ring from loose stones I had. They were open to hearing my ideas and offered suggestions of their own based on my needs and wants for the piece. They also were so great working with me to design and replicate important and sentimental pieces of my jewelry in platinum when I found I had a gold allergy. The staff is friendly and I am always pleased with my pieces when I get them. They are definitely willing to work with you and want you to be happy with the end result. Would recommend Marci Jewelry.

Truly, you don't need to look any further. If you need a jeweler you can trust for buying & selling, this is it. I felt like I was sitting down to coffee with a good friend, that just happens to know every single thing there is to know about jewelry. Easy to talk to, explains everything about the process with care. Having someone analyze your jewelry, telling you what it is worth & what it can be sold for can be a pretty emotional experience. John made sure there was nothing but dignity & integrity in the process. I've never understood what it meant (or even why it was important) to have a TRUSTED jeweler, until this experience. There is no pressure to buy. No pressure to sell. And at the end of the experience, there was the reassurance that they would be there for anything I may need in the future. I was treated wonderfully by everyone there, but John took the cake.And while I wasn't there to buy this time... the way the store sparkles with beautiful temptations. Ahhh. For a sparkle addict, it was absolute heaven.Make the appointment. Keep the appointment. You'll be happy you did.
