Tried calling them so many times, it goes straight to the voicemail. They don't reply to emails as well. Not reliable when it comes to communication.

They are a scam, lost thousands of dollars, they won’t file your taxes correctly, also they will scam you.No attention to detail, does not know what they are doing, would have gone with a -ve review, if there were any.IRS should go after them.

Extremely disappointed with service. You have to email 15 times and call a bunch more time to get hold of them. I was chasing a deadline for submitting my taxes and I had sever anxiety because of how unresponsive these guys are. When you confront them, they give the excuse that it is tax season (so don't expect responses!) I am paying them their asking price, I expect better service in return! I would give negative stars if I could!

They don't pick up calls unless you call 15 times. No one joins call during your appointment. You have to call 5 more times to get them to come to your appointment.Tax preparation has been good though.Need little professionalism.

Under the pretext of getting a large refund, they declare fake businesses. IRS will come after you for audits. He doesn't know what he is talking about. I hope I can find a way to get IRS to audit his business. Lot of shady things going on there.

Very poor services. Lack of knowledge along with no interest in doing taxes correctly. Will not reply to mails or pick up calls. My friend had referred me to them, but I very strongly advise against taking their services. I had done 2019 taxes with them and regretting it now.

AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS..THIS GUY WILL NOT RESPOND over months , not emails, phone calls even if you stop by his house, he wont be there ..HE WILL NOT SHARE TAX DOCUMENTS , make you miss deadlines and cause tremendous damage to business and reputations ..I did the mistake of hiring him and repenting now.
