Most times come to the store the sales associates are dismissive and you have to help yourself.... this time they were only interactive when I went to grab what I needed then mentioned drawers for product are only for employees... either put that on the drawers or have your people ask what they can grab for you. Might be a new policy I'm not aware of but if I can grab what I need faster than an employee why have them be the only ones to open drawers ? in busy want to be in and out.

I didn’t catch the name of the incredibly sweet girl who was working yesterday as a cosmetic professional at the Mac store in Bellevue mall.
She was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to assist me with finding the perfect under eye concealer. ? even helped apply such!!
She was incredibly patient and kind, and her professionalism was top-notch. I only wish I had more time to browse and shop in that store.?✨??

I casually came into this establishment looking for only eyebrow gel and left with a bag full of items I absolutely love!
I was helped by this amazing Mac glam girl, I believe her name was Anna (gorgeous girl in the hijab) and she was the SWEETEST! Based on her expertise, she introduced me to a few products I didn’t know I needed but now am obsessed over. She was so knowledgeable of the products and knew what would look good on my chocolate skin. I called my sister immediately and told her she had to get the things I just bought… I’m sure they are already en route to her.

I was looking for a foundation and lipsticks, so I tried “find my shade” and “try it on” features on the MAC’s website. But when I tried the suggested shade and lipstick colors at the store, they didn’t match my skin color. Ludmila not only helped me find my foundation shade, but she also gave me good recommendations for lipsticks as well :-) I’ve never had the colors I bought today, but I’m glad I tried them on and I’m excited to use them! Thank you for your help, Ludmila!

My experience at the Bellevue location was not so great this time as it normally is. As I stood in line, the sales person greeted me (that was nice), however once she found out I was returning the items she wasn't friendly. She told me I will be receiving a store credit because it's been over 30 days. I told her, no it has not, I made the purchase on Nov 20th and I would like the amt to go back to my Visa and the date is printed on the receipt. Since I exchanged the items on Nov 22, they could only send a check to me. She said, she needs my address so I gave her my Drivers license. She printed the return receipt for me to sign which had my address on it but I noticed there were 2 Initials where my name should have been. I told her my bank isn't going to cash the check with the initials that aren't mine on it. She said she made a mistake of putting Generic initials and asked the Asst Mgr Ali to help. Ali was very apologetic and is in contact with the Dept that issues the checks. She has been keeping me posted on what's going on with it. I've always had a good experience shopping there and maybe next time it will be better.

Long time MAC lover...I've been wearing MAC since 2004. (Oof!)I have hit and miss experiences here. I come in when I want to try something new that I saw online or if something I love has been discontinued and I need to figure out a replacement, otherwise I pretty much stick to ordering online.My recent great experiences here (two times recently) was with a girl (long black hair, lots of tats on the arms/hands) who regularly works at the south center location. I am so bummed she won't be here in the future as she was outstanding on two separate visits. She went above and beyond to help me figure out what I was liking with face highlights and also some eye makeup I don't regularly wear. Today I come in to see the eye pigments (previous gal that was awesome had used several while helping me and I had forgotten what one of them was) and the newb helping me didn't even know what a pigment was and kept trying to show me eyeshadow. She was not educated or confident. She left me alone very quickly and I had to ask for her help, she then left me again and I decided it would probably be best for me to just leave. Confident, educated, and friendly people who work there make me want to go back. Maybe I need to follow my favorite gal to the new south center location.

Brittany was absolutely amazing! I had a photo shoot and she did the most beautiful smoky eyes, and helped me pick out some great products for the rest of the look. Recommend 100% :)

Called and spoke to Brittany and she was super sweet and super helpful! Drove out the next day and she was even more amazing in person! Remembered our phone call and took care of everything we needed and had a super bubbly and friendly personality! Got me taken care if very quickly and was a pleasure to work with! You have am amazing employee in Brittany Mac!!!

Went here and looked around the store aimlessly, wasn’t quite sure about everything I needed. Carina helped me SO much and had a great in depth explanation for each product i asked about. I went to the Sephora store in the mall as well and got the complete opposite treatment. Carina made my experience at mac 10/10!!!!
