We had our 9 year old’s birthday party here, Ali and Aleks were wonderful with the kids. They kept the girls engaged in different activities, everyone had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

"I've been a loyal Lush customer for years, always valuing the knowledgeable staff and inviting atmosphere. But on my latest visit, I encountered an unhelpful and disinterested attitude that was far from the standard I'm used to. When I asked for information about new products, the staff member's rude and dismissive response left me feeling undervalued as a customer. This experience reflects a troubling trend of declining customer service. I urge management to focus on improving staff training and reinstating the customer-focused culture that once defined my Lush experiences. If the company doesn't address these issues, they'll lose more loyal customers like me."unfortunately I shared my experience with the floor lead since there was no manager present at the time and she couldn’t care less

Best way to get Lush products. You can test everything in the store. The staff are also super nice.
The biggest problem is getting there. The parking lot is always a challenge and the store has the wrong color scheme on the physical mall maps, but not the digital on the website. They are on the first floor within viewing distance of Center Court.

Lovely atmosphere and great staff. Being able to connect with them on a personal level about hair care and type is always a bonus, and they recommend products that have helped tame my hair VERY quickly. Definitely going back as they're closer to home and friendlier than the crew at Alderwood mall.

To start off, I love Lush and the variety of products they offer. I visited this location on a weekend to repurchase a shampoo and look for a hair mask. I was browsing in the same section for 10-15mins until someone finally approached me. The store wasn’t busy, and most customers were watching the bath bomb demonstration up front.
Then, I asked about if there were any hair masks that fit the criteria I was searching for. The employee proceeded to look at the back of every hair mask, which made me not the most confident in her advice. I then asked her advice on the conditioners, in which, she brushed off and suggested the hair protein spray instead. She was raving about the product and how it makes such a huge difference on her own hair. Looking at her blonde hair that looked kind of brassy and dried, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and asked for a sample. After trying it, I’m glad I didn’t impulsively purchase as it did not show any of the effects I hoped for. This is to say, it’s not a problem for the employees to not know every product, but at least not to push products on their customers.

A few weekends ago I threw a Lush party for a friend's graduation and it was genuinely the best decision. We had our party after store hours and had the whole store to ourselves to explore all the products. Once everyone was settled in, Cassie and Lally took incredible care of all of us by applying face masks personalized to all of us, and walking us through how to make bath bombs to letting us make our own and ending the night with arm massages with their massage bars. At the end of it my friend celebrated, special and all of us went home smelling amazing with glowing skin and a goodie bag. Thank you Cassie and Lally for making it such a memorable experience! ??

As a customer, you can really tell when you're not wanted in this space. Online only from now on.
Edit: thought I'd try again. This shop is not a safe space, I do not recommend going in at any cost. Person with red streak in their hair was rude, abbrassive, and actively mocking me.

We had a wonderful experience here today with a 6 and 8 year old. The staff was so friendly and even showed the kids a sample demonstration of how a bath bomb worked. We didn't feel rushed and they took their time with us showing us all different products getting us samples. Jaylin was an absolute rockstar employee.

My daughter had a birthday party with 5 friends at Lush. They were fantastic! The kids got to try some Lush products, and the party leader had them play some fun games. The party itself was very affordable with excellent favors: full-size bath bombs, sample-size shower gels, lip scrub pots, and the bath bomb they made. We were able to bring in treats from outside, which was perfect because some girls had allergies. All the girls said it was the best birthday party they’d attended. I cannot recommend enough!!

We had our daughter's 6th birthday party at this Lush and it was an awesome time. The whole process went beyond our expectations. Bethany and Sebastien were awesome at keeping the party fun and engaging for everyone. They did a great job of giving everyone something fun to do and no one got left out. They kept a group of 9 kids engaged and having fun the whole time, which is no easy feat. The folks at Lush took care of everything once we got there. All of the parents for the kids came up to me to tell me how much fun they thought the party was and how it was such a great idea to do it there. I highly recommend having a birthday party at Lush.

I love Lush, but I was literally the only person in the store the other day and not in a mood to talk, and the employee(s) KEPT making conversation the entire time. Not all of us need help and prefer to keep more to ourselves! It was completely excessive. Train your employees to ready body language, please. This is not the first time it's happened.
