Unfortunately, I have to give a 0-star rating due to a disappointing customer service experience. The cashier seemed to lack customer service skills, communicating in a manner that felt dismissive and impatient. When I checked out, he did not apply the correct discount code, and when I pointed out the oversight, he responded that I needed to inform him of my membership first, then he applied the wrong discount percentage. When I questioned this, he processed the refund very hastily without offering an apology or any further explanation. Additionally, as I was leaving, I heard him making sounds that seemed to mock the situation. Overall, the interaction was not up to the standard I expected. They should have a name tag on. It’s the male cashier with dark skin tone.

Worst branch of the Lululemon brand. Funny part is: with the ‘no racism’ sign on both of the counters, the asian employees are the ones who are actually mean to asian customers with that subtle racism altitude while other non-asian employees are super friendly and professional. And it has happened more than once in this branch. The management here is a joke. Y’all need to have your employees start wearing name badges so that you will find out who were ruining your brand.

Wow the customer service at this location is terrible! It’s a shame as this is such a nice mall but the staff at this location are beyond rude and make you feel so uncomfortable.

Super friendly staff. I like the layout of the shop, with the two sides and two check out areas with a fee registers at each for when it gets busy in there (which, at least when I was there, it definitely was packed!) The shop is nice and I already love the brand so it’s fun to visit in-store and get to try on the items and find a great selection of items in person! You can use the app to scan your membership pass if you are signed up. My reason for going was to exchange some items for a gift card/store credit — I’d never done this with lululemon before so I wasn’t sure how easy it would be but it was incredibly easy and quick and painless. The staff are SO helpful! I ended up exchanging the items and with my new gift card I of course had to shop around and found that this store location has a good deal more than some other store locations in the area I’d been to before, and it seemed like even the markdown item selection was larger too, which is always nice :)

Almost everytime we come in the customer service here is HORRIBLE ! I love the selection in this store but the employees need to fix their attitudes and be a little more helpful!! Also since when can my fiancé not buy me something with his military discount!? This is the only lululemon that gave us problems about that and we seem to find it extremely disrespectful!

One word, Maddison! Maybe the best customer service I’ve ever had. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to give every single customer excellent customer service! I overheard him with the customer before me! Hang onto him Lululemon!

I have spent more money than I care to admit at lululemon. Their customer service is awful though..I had an issue five days ago were gift card balances literally deleted in front of my eye the first person I talked to said it was a known tech glitch. They would re-issue the gift cards within 48 hours; 48 hours later no gift cards I called and got somebody who is zero help I utilized the chat feature later that night the representative told me told me she was a resolution specialist looked into the case and said I would have my gift cards reissued within 24 hours.. I did not so I used the chat feature again the person I chatted with that time let me know he could not confirmed I had talked to a resolution specialist I provided him screenshots of the entire conversation including her name, and the fact that she told me she was a resolution specialist, and that I had not gotten the gift cards re-issued by the end of business today as promised He said he could not verify that the person who told me she was a resolution specialist actually was even though he had the case number the screenshots in the entire chat, and that somebody would contact me via email within three days.. so it is now been five days since lulu lemon told me they had a known glitch of taking gift cards off of your account and that they would fix it and they have not done this as promised (twice) after having the first individual who spoke to a supervisor, and the third individual who said they were resolution specialist telling me they would be re-issued.. the last person I talked to basically told me that this, Lululemon employees likely lie to you when you're talking to them via chat about what role they play so beware... my team loves their clothes however, I will never never buy a gift card from them as they stole $80 and gift cards from me and likely millions more from others since it is a known tech glitch

do not order online from them. they sent me two left shoes, promised me a refund and a new pair for free. waited two weeks to for them to come to speak with another representative who says that they cannot do that and it doesn't say anything on their end. she refused to let me speak with a manager and told me they would contact me in 3-5 days. I will never shop there again, and be wary if you do.

This location deserves zero star. And one employee needs to be fired(one with green hoodie). The way this lady interacted with me as a customer was so rude that I was thinking was she actually trying to assist customers/ do her job or trying to look for troubles with customer. I don’t know how she can even get the job at the first place. The customer service here is just lowest of the low. Walked out and not coming back again. Fix this and let your customers know Lululemon cuz you have great products. Avoid this location at all cost

On the smaller size. Not much selection; sizes, colors. Generally go there and try on stuff to get size right and then order online. Some associates more helpful than others; if something is sold out in store some associates will take the initiative to check other stores or offer to order it in, some just say " Sorry, we're sold out" and you have to ask them to check other stores and then they give you the stink eye...

I walked into this store to place a hem order on Aug 11th around 5:15 pm. The lady who I had to deal with for placing the hem order - was extremely rude. Despite me responding in a calm & respectful manner she got aggressive & ruder throughout the experience. Throughout the whole time - it felt traumatizing. Many thoughts are crossing my mind - at that moment. Why should a person ever treat someone else with such a level of rudeness & disrespect. May be she was having a bad day? But, she was conversing cheerfully with people around her. After finishing the order, I took time to analyze the situation. I could then sense that this is that deep rooted racism in her enacting.While the experience did let me down, I thought I should move on as I am done with placing the Hem order. There is just too much dirt in the world - to dust off & move on.But, a thought did cross my mind. This is the very area that we live in! What if, in future, this happened to my wife, or my daughter. If I don’t condemn this situation, if I don’t confront this harsh reality - I would have left the door open for this to happen to my family in future. So, after giving it a bit of thought, I decided to ensure that this situation doesn’t repeat & that the person is treated for her illness. So, as the first step - I notified the store manager - Sarah about this & keeping a record of the incident here.
