We have been bringing our dog to Loyal Family Vet for years. Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. The vets are very knowledgeable and genuinely listen to your concerns. I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here for their care.

I switched to Loyal Family Vet from Banfield when my dog, Nemo, got really sick and Banfield showed no urgency in diagnosing and treating my dog. I have to say that I was incredibly impressed with the compassion, professionalism and empathy shown by the staff at Loyal Family Vet, especially from Dr Newby. Everyone was so great from the very beginning. I only wished we would have started out with them instead of Banfield. While it was not the conclusion I had hoped for (my dog passed away from cancer), they did everything they could to help us, making sure we understood potential diagnoses, management options, and following up with us frequently. Dr Newby would often chat with me on the phone, sometimes even late at night, and it just really showed how much she cared about Nemo. I am thoroughly touched. She took the time to talk to various specialists on our behalf and spent considerable time trying to figure out Nemo's condition and I simply can't thank her enough. If I were to get another pet in the future I would be honored to have her be our vet again. Thank you again to everyone at the clinic. I would highly recommend them, hands down!

Dr. Hirota is great, attentive and compassionate. We were seen on an urgent basis and Dr. helped us to exclude some scary reasons for my kitty's sudden painful drooling. The cat is doing much better now, he is eating fine and has no more drooling ?

They’ve always taken great care of our mini golden doodle, Jack. Every vet and all the techs we’ve seen here have been really caring and concerned with Jack’s health. The front desk staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended as a pragmatic and caring Vet. We've been long term patients since having to move from our last practice which was a shambles of disorganization. LFV by comparison is a well oiled machine. Great attention to detail, great follow up and checking on patients, a balanced approach to care that caters to pocket books and patients. Big shout out to Dr Rogers and Sam on reception. We've known these two for at least seven years and love the interactions we have.

We have been coming to see this team since 2014. We have 6 pets and they take such great care with each of them. My baby 2 yr old Jazz loves them, doesn't get barky or nervous like he did at another location. I attribute that to the family feel of all the Vet Techs, Assistants, and Doctors. The team is treated well demonstrated by employee longevity and overall friendliness that comes from being happy working.
I wish they had after hours urgent care so that I don't have to go anywhere else!
Loyal Family Vet is the best.

We recently switched to Loyal Family Veterinary Hospital, and I can't say enough good things about the clinic as a whole and Dr. Jessica Hirota in particular! We brought our 2 year old Bernedoodle in for an allergy work-up and to get a second opinion on some gland issues. Dr. Hirota was very thorough in her exam, and she clearly communicated several treatment options to us. She is extremely knowledgeable, and we feel confident that her recommendations align with the most up to date standards in veterinary medicine. The front desk staff and veterinary technicians were professional, helpful, and wonderful, too. If you're looking for a vet in the Seattle/Bellevue area, your furry family member will be in great hands with Dr. Hirota at Loyal Family Veterinary Hospital!

Decent Vets, terrible business practices. I can't think of a time in the last 5 years of visiting where I didn't walk out with a $300+ bill, despite the vast majority of our visits being regular checkups. My cat suffered from a devastating urinary tract blockage that this Vet diagnosed and prescribed a prescription diet to treat. They said that our cat would have to take it for life to avoid future blockages. We recently moved out of state, so we haven't had a regular checkup this year. "Loyal" family decided it was time for our cat to starve. Without warning, they decided to stop filling our cat's prescription - meaning we reached the end of our supply and are completely unable to feed our cat without a new vet visit. Unfortunately no where has been able to see us on such short notice, and I'm sure our cat will starve to death before he is able to see a new vet. We obviously reached out to see what could be done on the matter, but couldn't even talk to a vet about our options. We were simply told that it would be impossible and that they hope we can figure it out. I'm faced with the choice of poisoning my cat with food which may kill him, or starving him to death because Loyal family decided it was time to extract more money from us.I'm sure they've cooked up some genius reason as to why "their hands are tied", and they can't help us receive even one more bag of food to hold us over. What they can't excuse is their lack of communication on the matter, and why we were suddenly dropped from their service.

I found the best vet clinic in the Seattle area. After two previous vet clinics, Loyal Family Vet Hospital finally figured out my dog’s diagnosis. Dr. Larsonberg was very friendly, intelligent and quick to run tests to figure out my dog’s condition. They always review costs with me as well. With their help, we are able to manage my dog’s chronic condition via meds, surgery, etc.Eternally grateful for their help. The staff is extremely nice, smart and willing to pass along issues my pet is having that day. The compassion and care is top notch.I’ll continue to visit here and recommend you check out this vet clinic.

I just had my first appointment here to establish care for my dog. He's recently from a shelter and terrified of humans. Everyone here was absolutely wonderful and so patient and kind with my dog, Benny. Thank you! Also, Annette was extra wonderful! I appreciated the time she took to answer all my questions over the phone and discuss my dog and his fear of people.

They charged new patients the highest rates in the area for an exam, and demand to make a upfront payment on the appointment call, even when the exam will not occur in several days yet.

New client here for new pup. It is the best vet I have been to so far. Doctors are very thorough about exams and giving a lot of recommendations. Staffs are friendly and attentive. They always give me a call on the next day of visit to check on my pup. Besides, I can email or call to ask any questions if I feel sth odd with my pup. The techs will follow up within a few hours to see what’s going on. If it's not an emergency, they will give some suggestions to improve the conditions which is very nice that you can have an idea what might happen to your pet without waiting for a few days for an appointment. More importantly, my pup doesnt feel scared every time I bring him to the vet :)
