I have been a client of this salon for more than 6 months. The manicure done by Vera Lytvynova looks like this on day 6. The coating is cracked and falling off, the application is not even. As a result of this poor quality work, my nail cracked in the middle and the nail plate was very damaged. The administrator of this salon called me three times a day demanding that my negative review be deleted. I had to block their number so they wouldn't bother me. I don't recommend this salon to anyone.

I had a manicure and pedicure with the master, Vera Litvinova I really liked it, everything was done very efficiently, all the staff were positive, the time passed quickly and with pleasure. I highly recommend this salon!!!

I had a pleasant and relaxing appointment with Oksana S.
She was very courteous and checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them.
I was able to read my ebook peacefully while she worked on my nails.
The nails themselves are stellar!

My sister introduced me to this nail spa, saying it’s the best one she’s been to. She was right! Olga was amazing. I’ve never had this kind of gel manicure before (I have very delicate cuticles and usually do my own nails). Olga was so sweet and had the skills of a true artist. She was so careful with my sensitive cuticles, and gave me advice on upkeep and how to keep my natural nails strong. The atmosphere was quiet with relaxing music, the stylists were all nice. I almost fell asleep; I was so relaxed. They really put in sooo much detail and care. My nails are perfect. Worth every penny, thank you!

Made an appointment a month in advance to get a mani/pedi before going on vacation drove an hour here for 9am after the appointment was rescheduled from noon to be told the person im scheduled with isnt working today and there is absolutely no one else who can do it. I received THREE confirmation emails for this. And the response from them was just “sorry” literally not another word.

I just recently found this spa getting my nails done another another place for over 5 years…. I will never go to another place other than Look at Me Boutique Spa. The level of attention, care, and detail is unmatched and I am so impressed! The e-file manicure is exceptional and the advanced pedicure is unlike anything my feet have ever experienced before. Do yourself a favor and go see any of the amazing technicians! I have a chemical peel scheduled next week and will post about my experience afterwards!

I didn’t know my nails can look this impeccable. They do manicure with European small bits (dry manicure) and are meticulous in making sure your cuticles and nail bed is prepped for the manicure. If design is your thing, they will get creative, else you have a full color wheel to choose from.I have had my nails done by Liudmyla, Daria and Oksana - all are very friendly and amazing at their job.

Came to get my manicure done here today and was pleasantly impressed with the service. Liudmyla did a wonderful job and gave me some great nail care recommendations. Really loved the whole experience and it was great to find someone from Ukraine also working here.

3 Hours and 45 minutes for a full set the first time.(light pink) for Plastic nail with gel not sculpted from scratch as I thought they would be.
3 hours and 30 minutes for a fill in (second visit)
I cannot justify all of that time to have my nails lift and crack.
